Very disappointing experience at the drive-thru.
The employee who took my order was polite and professional, but unfortunately, the employee who handed me my order was a completely different story.
I simply asked her for a cup of water, and the way she handed it to me was extremely rude and disrespectful.
She handled the cup in a way that made me feel like it could have easily spilled all over me and inside my car.
