“We found this gem on a whim during our drive to Asheville. Spoke with the manager Jack about our service this morning. Staff is extremely attentive, greeting all customers. They were efficient. Food was impeccable. Id come back to this coffee shop in a heartbeat, although we also learned there are 20 total locations.“

“Our first time here but I imagine this just used to be an information stand turned to business/hangout opportunity, which is always nice to see. Fine place to stop in for gear, cold goods, or coffee..but the upstairs is awesome. Quiet zone with low chairs and dim lighting...if we'd had more time we would've hung out here longer.“

“I usually get a chai latte and use mobile order if it’s up. The baristas are amazing! They work their butts off to get everyone’s order done correctly as quick as possible. I will continue coming here because of how they always welcome me when I come in. Definitely recommend when someone’s looking for a coffee.“

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tona and the team at the Starbucks in Dallas, NC. Tona consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, and she is truly the reason I make the drive to this location every morning on my way to work.
After a less-than-optimal experience at another Starbucks location in Lincolnton, Tona took the time to listen, fix my drink, and ensure it was made exactly right. Since then, my drink has been perfect every time. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care for her customers are unmatched.
In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Tona stands out. She always greets customers with a positive attitude and makes each visit feel personal and welcoming. She has turned what could have been a lost customer into a loyal one, and I look forward to stopping by each morning because I know I can count on her.

“Went here today for the first time to have a Bible study with my friends from church it was such a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. They were very welcoming and took great care of us. They have a place for kids to play while we chatted and read our bibles. I had the pumpkin matcha and a cinnamon roll muffin it was absolutely delicious we had the best time I highly recommend this coffee place we will be back for sure. Thank you Oliv+Oak 🥰“

“I just wanted to share since I felt necessary….my girls and I just went to the Clinton, IA Dunkin Donuts (there’s only one in our town). The African American gentleman that was working was busting his a** doing as best of a job as he could and we wanted to give him a shout out! He was the ONLY one working and the drive thru was crazy busy plus there were people inside ordering and eating also. I asked if he had help coming and he didn’t. This made me sad for him! He kept a positive and friendly attitude throughout it all also! I think he deserves mad props! You were doing wonderful Mr, despite the workload you had and all by yourself!! I hope you get recognized and appreciated! 💙“

Most of the time I would get a mean face, or the wrong order on my coffee. But he made sure I got what I wanted with a big smile on his face!! Great costumer service!
