I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tona and the team at the Starbucks in Dallas, NC. Tona consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, and she is truly the reason I make the drive to this location every morning on my way to work.

I went to Ingles this day but when I used to get Starbucks from This specific location it was terrible!! And very slow!! I waited almost an hour for one espresso cold coffee!! Other people were waiting as well!! And there has been times the line was out the door!! I quit ordering from Starbucks due the wait times and how they treat their customers at this location is uncalled for!!

This Starbucks never misses! It’s always a pleasure to see Ashley there. Her and the team are the nicest people, and they make the perfect drinks. Ashley is great at taking your favorite tastes and personalizing something delicious if you don’t even know what you want!! Coffee is art at this location. This is my favorite Starbucks to sip at.

Starbucks is a convenient and welcoming spot for students and others. The friendly staff make it a pleasure to visit. You can grab a drink and do some grocery shopping while you're there. For breakfast, try their ham & cheese croissants and egg bites, which are delicious despite occasional minor mistakes with orders. Overall, Starbucks is a reliable choice that never disappoints.
