Had to wait for a while for what was told was fresh grilled chicken for our sandwiches. My sandwiche was okay, but my hubs was cold. Fries weren't that grand, and Mac and cheese really didn't have much taste to it. Food could have been better all around. Other than that, mostly clean location, the young gentleman that took our order was very polite.. I don't mind waiting for fresh food. As long as it's hot when I get it.
Bojangles food has really gone down hill recently. Nothing looks or tastes fresh. Biscuits are dry and crumbly. Tea weak and old. Chicken dry and cool. Used to be my go-to fast food, now my must avoid choice.

Ordered the BoAngler and it was absolutely pitiful. Had to ask for drink they had forgotten. Seems like they are always out of something when order,, can never get everything you order.
