“I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!“

“I had ordered a drink in advance but unfortunately i think it may have gotten lost in the mix. Because of the wait time I had to leave before my drink was made. The staff was moving quickly and working hard. These things happen, but of all the places I'm glad it happened here because there was 0 frustration and one of the employees Leo was able to offer a solution without any trouble or weirdness.

To me the best customer service is about how the difficult moments are handled. And this was handled perfectly.

“I visited Haraz Coffee House during my vacation to Charlotte, and it was hands down one of the highlights of my trip! From the moment I walked in, I was hosted with so much genuine love, care, and warmth.
The drinks are absolutely amazing—so good that I ended up coming back 3 more times before my trip was over. Beyond the incredible coffee, you have to try the food. Their pastries are delicious, and the turkey and pastrami sandwiches are phenomenal. They are exactly the kind of savory, perfectly crafted bites that will leave you craving more long after you leave.

The space is lovely, comfortable and the aesthetic is very authentic. The servers are extremely friendly and informative. Additionally, in the back, they offer free copies of the Quran translated to English and Spanish for any customers interested in learning more about the religion of Islam.
