“How have I never heard of this place?! We wanted a pick me up and quick snack so I googled coffee in the local area. Not only is their Wednesday happy hour a GREAT deal, but the drinks/food were delicious and the staff were so very sweet! My kids gobbled down their massive muffins too fast for me to snap a picture and the seasonal waffle sandwich was a treat! Definitely try the golden honey drink or the matcha iced latte. Both yummy choices!“

I like their menu too, it is small but contains lots of simple and good sandwiches and baked goods that goes with coffee or their tea selection.“

Evelyn served us up a fat daddy frappe and macchiato with extra shots of espresso and boy were we impressed!! “We stumbled upon Humble about a year ago and have not gone anywhere else! I used to go to Starbucks all the time but since going to Humble I will never go back. The coffee is amazing and so is the atmosphere. And the cherry on top is the kids play room! My son feels right at home playing in there which makes this place ideal for the parents. I also love that they make a lot of their syrups, and they are so good!! 10/10 recommend.“

It’s clear they put a lot of thought into their flavors. “Wow!! This place really has earned its stars! The food is delicious (I got the chocolate chip banana bread ?), the drinks are delightful (I got the blueberry lavender latte and also tried some amazing drink with matcha, coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime, and allspice ??), and the customer service was beyond excellent! The atmosphere was also simply perfect. The live plants inside, colorful yet chic and sophisticated, and the sort of indie alternative coffee shop music was on point. I fully recommend checking out this local coffee shop!!“

“I’m rating it on my past experiences and my experience today overall. In the past I’ve come a handful of times an hour or so before closing usually and was typically greeted with nonchalantness and mid customer service. One of the times I came I also found a piece of hair on my cookie and the barista (who in her defense seemed new) didn’t seem as apologetic as she should’ve been just gave me a “I know that's not my hair” and called the owners to ask how to do a refund and the owners were kind and told her to refund me and offer me a free drink card which I appreciated.

My experience today was 5/5, it’s my first time back in months and there’s a woman with brunette hair we was so sweet and didn’t seem phased by me coming 20 minutes before closing, still provided amazing customer service. On this experience alone I’ll continue to come. Customer service can make ALL the difference!“

“I came in to get a gift card for a colleague and decided to give it a try. Compared to Starbucks, I enjoyed Summit Coffee so much more. I had a vanilla mocha and coffee cake. The coffee was excellently brewed, a great taste without all the sugar and syrups that SB adds to their coffee. Their menu options are pretty good, including different coffees, pastries, and other drink options. It is fairly small on the inside of the shop, but their patio area is nice and gives more room. This will be my new coffee spot!“

I ordered the Maple Bourbon Latte and my husband got the Au Lait. Both of the drinks were perfect. The drinks are not too sweet like other places. The sweetness was just how I like.“

She provided donuts for 60 of our guest and we went through the catering platform and the whole experience from start to finish was easy. Any questions I had I was able to email her directly and get a timely response. All of my guests enjoyed the donuts. I look forward to working with her on future events.“

“I’ve been to all of the Charlotte Caribou locations and this one takes the cake. It’s the only one I’ll go to even though others are closer, I don’t mind going a bit further. This location has the most amazing staff! I hope these baristas are being taken care of by the company because they do their job like no other! The customer service is great and always swift. As for the coffee, amazing every time. This location makes it delicious every single time and that’s what other locations lack, the consistency of good coffee. I recommend Caribou to everyone and I always say visit this specific location. I really like the inside of this location and the seating right outside & beside the store.“

“I love central coffee with all my heart. Somehow, this has become my go to coffee spot, even though I try others time to time. But I’ve been here over 30 times. I always get the same thing - iced dirty chai latte & a chocolate chip scone.

Their iced dirty chai cannot compete with others bc they will always take 1st prize. I don’t know what it is but it’s literally the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Their chocolate chip scone is mouthwateringly delicious. I’ve had chocolate chip scones elsewhere, and they’ve been nothing but disappointing (esp after having theirs).

I’m moving soon & won’t be 7 min away from here but you best believe I still will go out of my way to come here.“

The coffee beans they use are so well balanced and flavor-full, that I have been buying them my coffee machine at home and for family and friends overseas too. Would be a perfect day if their prices were also slightly easy on the pocket. This outlet has a great outdoor seating, if you wish to sip on a coffee and look at the sky or the seasonal garden visitors. Great flowers surrounding you too. All in all one of my best coffee experiences of the town.“

“Beautiful shop with unique and delicious french pastry with a Asian twist. The cashier was new, so she really couldn't answer my questions . The atmosphere was comfy with a loft.

Parking: I went pretty early in the morning so the parking deck was easy to get in and out . I also found a parking spot close to the bakery.“

“Ordered breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes) for delivery to my hotel room. Easy ordering experience, and the food came promptly and neatly packed. The orange juice was delicious. But I didn’t get the cheese I requested (and paid for) in my eggs, and the food overall was cooked well but unseasoned. Thankfully, they included salt and pepper packets in the bag. Overall, a good experience that served the most important purposes of convenience and satiety.“
