“All employees were really nice and professional. 3 stars on service was because we were asked to pull forward to wait which was no biggie, but it was like they forgot us. After awhile a young man came out and said you still haven't got your food? Said no and although he had just got off he went back in with our receipt and came a couple minutes later with our food. Now that's an employee that went above and beyond“

“I’m not in Monroe often, but when I am, stopping at Alice Jules is a MUST! The drinks are consistently delicious, the service is quick, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming every time I visit.

Their dog-friendly porch is a huge bonus for me! It’s such a great spot to relax with your pup and enjoy the atmosphere (and a pup cup!). It is clear a lot of thought and care has gone into creating a space that feels both fun and inviting.

Kent and Melody truly set the tone. They go above and beyond not just for their guests, but for their team as well and it shows in the overall experience. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciate the level of intention and hospitality they bring.

“I am an Argentina native and was so excited to find out about this place. The medialunas are amazing ! the dough of the empanadas are 10/10 but I feel the empanada filling is overwhelmed by cumin. If it didn't have cumin, I feel like they would even be better than my mom's!“

“You gotta love a good coffee spot. Stopped by for a quick break. Ordered the Pumpkin spice latte which consisted of a balance of flavors, very delicious. My husband ordered the Pumpkin spice Aerocano which was packed with medium strong coffee and a perfect amount of pumpkin flavor. We also ordered a few sweet treats. The Honey layer cake wasn’t as expected it needs more honey but it is light and airy. The Lemon cheesecake wasn’t so elegant with a mouth full of lemon flavors, tastes like a lemon cookie or lemon curd. The Hazelnut dream was our least favorite it was beyond blend no flavor, no hazelnut, and had a medicine taste. And last but not least we ordered the Yemen chocolate which was absolutely delicious, nice chocolate layers, crunchy and packed with pistachio and chocolate flavors. Bottom layered with a brownie. Overall, I would definitely come here again. The stuff was friendly and very informative on the menu, the food was perfection and the coffee is what brings this place together.“

“Not only is the coffee absolutely to die for, the pistachio cronut is by far the single best pastry I've enjoyed in my 34 years on this planet.

The space is lovely, comfortable and the aesthetic is very authentic. The servers are extremely friendly and informative. Additionally, in the back, they offer free copies of the Quran translated to English and Spanish for any customers interested in learning more about the religion of Islam.

Wonderful experience through and through, highly recommended.“

“So my boyfriend came here 6 years ago and every time we pass through the area he tells me how amazing it is. Well we finally were able to stop today and I have to say his hype was fully justified. We both had a handmade, fresh cannoli. He had a large vanilla latte and I had an iced latte with almond milk, honey, and cinnamon. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Definitely stop in!!“

Dana had such a great attitude, contagious smile, and positive energy that will brighten up anyone’s day. My server Michael was great. We had a large party and kids and he was very kind and helpful. “I had an amazing experience at Rosemont during Queen’s Feast in the Elizabeth neighborhood! The restaurant is easy to find with three hours of free parking, and the cozy ambiance is perfect for a date night or a girls’ night out. The food was delightful, especially the chopped salad and the short rib arancini. The short rib main dish was tender, though a tad salty on its own, but delicious when paired with the sides. The vanilla panna cotta was tasty, though I prefer a creamier texture. The highlight was the “Invisible Spark” mocktail with a hint of habanero - so fun and flavorful! I will definitely be back to try the crème brûlée and some of the pasta dishes. Highly recommend Rosemont!“

“I’ve been a vegan for 26 years and am new to Charlotte. Tried this place for the first time today and I will be back. Loved the sandwich I got and there are so many options on the menu I look forward to trying. One critique would be no prices listed on the menu—this was incredibly weird. I had looked at prices online prior to visiting and my sandwich cost more than it was listed online. I still enjoyed the food but no prices listed? Seems shady and will turn a lot of folks off. Since there is a sign board in shop there’s really no excuses for this since changing prices could easily be modified without re-printing menus.“

“Ive been a regular since January, the employees have memorized my venti caramel frappe and are always so sweet. I love coming here to watch the cool cars pass by the window and draw/study on my laptop. Would definitely recommend coming here. Wish they would bring back the old comfy chairs they had back in 2015, they made the place so much cozier.“

“Absolutely love this Starbucks location! The staff is wonderful, cheerful, welcoming and kind. Love the set up, seating options and outdoor seating. Only complaint is the bathrooms are usually dirty which is not the barista’s fault. I know how hard it is to balance everything going on and constant bathroom checks. One toilet had poop in the seat and the other was a little gross too. Again, this is the customers fault for making the bathrooms gross. Overall, great place, I recommend to everyone!“
