Fries are a hit or miss. Sometimes they’re cooked to perfection, sometimes it feels like they’re rushed to pull them from the fryers and served “floppy” half cooked. Their frappe machine has been down since New Years in which I had to come back several days later in person to get a refund for after ordering through the mobile app because I was told it would be refunded to my card but it never was. I hope we run to the reviews for good reports as fast as we do when we are upset or critical. I was at this Mcdonald's today and a customer made a request at the window that their french fries be fresh, and I overheard the manager Kee Kee reinforce the staff "when a customer ask for fresh stuff, we give them fresh stuff. We have to honor the customers." She worked fast while speaking to her team firmly but with honor. I appreciated seeing that today. No, I don't know anyone that...read full review

It's a McDonald's. The food tasted like and looked like the squashed mess of a McDonald's hamburger you get at any McDonald's. They were fast though, which is nice.
