“I deliver through this area often and this McDonald’s is very convenient for me to grab a drink and use the restroom. I never thought I’d give 5 stars to a McDonald’s or fast food chain but I’ve been coming through here for months and every time it has been clean, bathrooms spotless and freshly cleaned, my order has been made quick and received hot everytime. Staff has always been kind even if there’s not a lot of conversation. You can tell they could use some more staff to help with the work load this is a busy spot but they are handling it gracefully and with integrity while maintaining a good attitude and work environment.“

“I had Nashville Hot Chicken - in Nashville - a few years ago, and this is the closest I've ever come to that in NC.

This review is actually a few months old - and I've only made it back once since my first taste - but I think about this place regularly and want to go back.

I got the 'stoopid hot' sandwich both times and it takes... a while... to eat it. Too much time contemplating all the right choices I made to get there between bites.

There also happens to be beer nearby.

The balance between spicy and tasty chicken is on point, so it's not just 'we threw carolina reaper powder on it' hot. And the chicken isn't sauced, it's all in the marinade or breading. I have to assume they have a tiny bowl of two 'stoopid' chickens in the cooler they make every day for the weirdos like me.

(unrelated to the restaurant itself) The venue is a food hall. Parking is generally simple, but there are three parking lots and they are sometimes busy. Parking is free for the first 1.5hrs with an app setup. There's a ton of side-street parking nearby if you're up for a small walk. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.“

“Omg. I am putting JJ's on the curb!! First time UBER priority $80 order from Albemarle Rd Charlotte!! Subs were awesome!!! Fresh tasting with good tomatoes (not the case with JJ. Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

“I have always loved this Chick-fil-A and it is because of the food and service! The food is always good and I always enjoy eating inside their dining room. I did like the layout of the old building better, but this one is still nice. The dining room is always cold, so bring a sweatshirt no matter the weather outside!“

Listening to 70s rock on the way always fits, and they play oldies in the restaurant too. Amazing staff, and again just the design of the place is great. and it’s got a good record shop next to it called Noble Records. Sells cds records and cassettes and I’ve bought from them after eating a lot. Writing this review right outside in the parking lot actually about to go in south 21.

“Where most clerks will tell you? They are sorry. They forgot to add the french fries, just come on back and they'll give you another one for free.
They totally seem to forget you're already home undressed, and simply getting back in your car and using your gas to drive the 3 miles back to their restaurant and pick up something you already paid for is not free.
I wanna say up front that none of the close at this restaurant made that problem.
But I was able to talk to a manager Danielle, who handle it like a very senior manager on her way well, above this post, she handled it with such courtesy and grace. I highly recommend her to all as a Major Influence in Keeping Customers happy and Assuring they will Return.

“Craving a chocolate shake and the staff were so helpful. As a disabled person with vision loss they help me order a complete meal. Explain to me everything that I could have and then made sure that they brought it right to me. The staff here were second to none. I give them all the credit and patience in the world based on how rude people were when we were in there“

“I've ordered from this location several times over the years. A few times I thought the burgers were too salty, or the portion wasn't worth the price, but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was never an issue. About a week ago I noticed the Korean chicken sandwich wasn't available. I checked online one morning and noticed it was in stock, so I placed an online order. Turns out they were still out of stock when I came to pick up my order (order placed before they opened). That day Eli was working the grill and was very helpful. Keith came over to apologize and fix the situation. I'm no one special, but that's not how Keith made me feel. Today I ordered the sandwich again and McKenzie was working the register. I saw how friendly and professional she was, which I believe to be a direct reflection of Keith's professionalism. I managed bars and restaurants for nearly 30yrs, so it's refreshing to see customer service still being given at the level I was trained to give. Keith is a great example of positive leadership, and I'm sure Eli, McKenzie and the rest of the staff are better because of Keith.“

“I don't typically get food from Chick-Fil-A because I am a vegetarian but last week my daughter asked me to pick up a mobile order for her and she surprised me with a salad. It was delicious and they even deducted the cost of the chicken that I didn't have on it. I find most places will remove the meat when I ask but still charge me for it so we were pleasantly surprised.“

“Im giving 4 stars for years of really good and consistent service. Unfortunately this location seems to have gone downhill ever since it converted to all drive through. I used to never have to check my order before pulling off. It was on the money every time. Now its barely correct, ever. They’re so busy that the staff doesnt have time to tell them that something is wrong with the order. Its also passed time to take responsibility for your drive through lines pouring out into the streets on Randolph and obstructing traffic. That shouldn’t be everyone else’s problem. We accepted it until your quality and standards declined. Please take responsibility and fix this issue or we will have to get the city involved.“

I was very pleased with the laughter and conversation while working, I had my family with me and they had smiles on everyone's face. “My absolute favorite place to get Japanese food. I live near Ballantyne but will happily drive out to Monroe when I want some good Japanese. Locally owned. Always made to order. Super kind staff. My family loves firehouse subs and always will choose to eat here over basically any other restaurant. The current management and employees are doing doing a wonderful job. The bread is super fresh, their portion size and customer service is great. If the district manager sees this review I sure hope they get recognized and rewarded for such a great job!
