“The younger woman at the drive thru with glasses clearly takes their job a step above than what I’ve dealt with at the many McDonald’s I’ve ate at. Very kind and polite and made sure my order was right before I left. I come here often and always had a good experience but this visit made me certain that this location is a good mile above many other McDonald’s near the area“

“Been coming here for my birthday since 2022 and I absolutely love it. Big portions and good prices, the food is really nice, but the vibe of the place is the best. Listening to 70s rock on the way always fits, and they play oldies in the restaurant too. Amazing staff, and again just the design of the place is great. Always come here in the evening and enjoy your time.

and it’s got a good record shop next to it called Noble Records. Sells cds records and cassettes and I’ve bought from them after eating a lot. Writing this review right outside in the parking lot actually about to go in south 21.

“Love this place. Great atmosphere, menu, drinks and most of all great staff. I stopped in last week to pick up gift cards for the holiday and they were having an issue with the system. The manger explained the situation and offered alternatives. I chose to come back this week to purchase the cards and the manager remembered me and thanked me for returning as did the bartender. If you’ve never been, give it a try. I can almost guarantee you’ll return too.“

“I recommend way back but the burger that I received today was not like it used to be. It was a garden burger and it was fried so hard and the lettuce that they put on there was pieces and some of it was black, I asked for onion on it, and it was chopped onions, this place is usually awesome. I don’t know what was with it today and they weren’t even busy.“

“My all time favorite place! I have enjoyed South 21 for 35 years! I’m a creature of habit so I always order the chicken filet sandwich fried with french fries and of course a separate order of the famous onion rings! These o-rings are the ONLY ones I eat!! “Celiac? Gluten sensitivity? This is your place. Living with Celiac or having a gluten intolerance is frustrating by itself. It becomes much more frustrating when you go to a restaurant and you tell the server your issue, and they look at you like you're an alien from another planet… or worse… get frustrated with you. I've lost count of how many places I've had to walk out of because I knew just from speaking to them that it wasn't safe for me to eat there. That doesn't happen here. Not only do they have plenty of gluten-free options (which are well labeled on the menu)... But the staff also seem to be well trained on how to handle the questions that we may have. I had a server specifically ask me one time after I ordered a gluten-free bun if I was Celiac…that has never happened before…anywhere. (I've been here enough now that they pretty much all know without me having to even say it anymore, but that's beside the point.) The staff and owners have always been extremely friendly whenever we are there. The atmosphere is great, the food is great, and it's just an overall great experience for us every time we go. It means a tremendous amount to be able to sit down at a table and not really worry about how I'm going to feel 30 minutes after I leave because someone in the kitchen or the server themselves doesn't understand how to handle my food after I tell them my issue. It SHOULD be this easy everywhere, but those of us that deal with it everyday know that it's not. If you're looking for a place that serves great food, with staff that understands what it means to be careful with cross-contamination and what you're served, this is your place. Communicate with them clearly, and you will not be disappointed.🤘“

“The young man who took our order was very nice!! Prices are a little high but nothing crazy. The quality is great!! The food was ready quickly and was very hot and fresh.

WARNING: go down a level (or two) in spiciness! I got the mild and it was almost too much. I like spicy! My hubby who likes very spice got the medium and it was almost too much for him.

The wimpy wasn’t hot but had a distinct flavor my 6 year old didn’t care for. I’d recommend unflavored for kids!

They had really good homemade ranch too. Ranch only $0.75!“

“Oh my gosh if I could give this place 1 million stars I would! My son wanted his 8th birthday here badly. I called and spoke with Julie and she answered all my questions & was super helpful with suggestions. The day of the party Hilary made our desert platter with the funfetti cake bites and candy and it was SO delicious. I can’t rave enough about the cake bites, honestly everyone of my guests loved them! We had the tots fries, chicken tenders and ravioli (fried) and it was all so amazing and surprisingly fed a lot of people for what I ordered. They didn’t try to upsell me but guided me on what would reasonably work for how many people. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful too! It was a blast for the kids AND adults!! Not gonna lie I kinda want my bday party here next year lol. Thanks again Fox’s- y’all were amazing ! Highly recommend!!“

“I've ordered from this location several times over the years. A few times I thought the burgers were too salty, or the portion wasn't worth the price, but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was never an issue. About a week ago I noticed the Korean chicken sandwich wasn't available. I checked online one morning and noticed it was in stock, so I placed an online order. Turns out they were still out of stock when I came to pick up my order (order placed before they opened). That day Eli was working the grill and was very helpful. Keith came over to apologize and fix the situation. I'm no one special, but that's not how Keith made me feel. Today I ordered the sandwich again and McKenzie was working the register. I saw how friendly and professional she was, which I believe to be a direct reflection of Keith's professionalism. I managed bars and restaurants for nearly 30yrs, so it's refreshing to see customer service still being given at the level I was trained to give. Keith is a great example of positive leadership, and I'm sure Eli, McKenzie and the rest of the staff are better because of Keith.“

“This was a food truck at a Christmas lights event this year (25’) and upon seeing the menu and being a fan of good chicken sandwiches.. I was IN.

Excellent chicken which I’d liken to Dave’s Hot Chicken but would perhaps rate slightly higher. Food out of the truck was fresh, hot, and pleasant service too from the guy working. Solid execution on a sandwich with two huge filets, pickles, grilled bun, and cheese. Also came with two sauces by default which is a huge plus. Pricing was reasonable too considering it was a food truck and the quality/portions I got.“
