“The best burger I have ever had! From the first bite to the very last, it was everything a burger should. The house made pickles, red onions and the melted white American cheese. Everyone needs to try this burger!! The fries also deserve a shoutout for being super crispy and hot.“

“I wanted to give then 5 stars because my burger looked and tasted much better than the pictures suggested. And I respect that they don't advertise food that looks better than what you get. Also the fries were a huge portion and great tasting. The food was a great price for this part of town as well. Everything came out quick, warm, and fresh. But I tipped a good amount, the amount you'd tip for a full service waiter. Yet the person who brought the food out wouldn't bring me the ketchup located 12 feet away from my table. "It's over there".So basically, the place is 5 stars, if you don't tip. Also I got a larfe beer for $10, which is kind of ridiculous where I'm from. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.“

“Dinner at The Cowfish is always a win. We’ve visited the Orlando location dozens of times, but tonight bisited the Charlotte location since we were in town. Faith, our server, recommended the Togarashi shrimp, and it was phenomenal. Mel, the manager, came out and spoke to us about our visits to Orlando, made some more recommendations, and made sure we were well set for the evening. We had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and Texas chili cheeseburger, both were absolutely excellent. The Cowfish is a must stop in Charlotte or Orlando!“

“Moo & Brew has become an instant fave! The staff are all incredibly personable and the food and drinks always hit the spot. Order the cheese curds, any of the fries, and the hibiscus marg. Pro tip: order whatever sandwich sounds good and swap out the protein for your choice. Thank me later!! Love the Tuesday night Trivia on the Tracks and can’t wait to check out karaoke on a Wednesday. Literally this place cannot disappoint!!Parking: There’s a free parking lot but if it’s crowded you can find free street parking nearby“

“Well, let me just start by saying that this place is phenomenal! they have the best burgers I've ever eaten. the spot is on point with caring and smiling at the customers in their restaurant. the restaurant is so clean, nice, cool, and television to watch while you eat and people watch out of the windows. there is also seating outside if that's your deal. the atmosphere is just all around fantastic. TO THE ACE STAFF: Thank You guys for being so wonderful and thanks for the whole experience. Y'all are amazing!“

“This Chex location has the best bone in wings, hands down, from my experience at 3 other local locations. The girl at the counter was also very patient and friendly even though our order was large. I also loved the play area for my 5 year old while we waited for our takeout. He loved it too ?“

“My wife and I are pastrami lovers. We moved from around New York area and missed a good pastrami. We’ve been looking for a good pastrami place in charlotte area. My wife found Katz deli on line and we decided to give it a try. Oh my goodness, let me tell you our experience. We each took 1/2lb pastrami without knowing how good it was going to be. What a great decision we made. The taste was amazing and mouth watering. It was that good. The staff were so amazing. It took a minute late to get my order but it was worth it bc they made fresh rye bread. The girl who took care of the order kept me updated that they’re waiting for the fresh bread as I ordered more rye bread. While I was waiting I saw more repeat customers coming in. The place was packed. Next I’m going to try corned beef. My hats off to the owner. Please keep up the great job you’re doing. ?“

“So, I walk in on for a bite to eat on a bright Sunday. This place has been haunting me in Google Maps for several days. I tend to avoid uptown because of parking, but this place was well worth it. I parked on the side street but later saw a parking lot across the street.I sat at the bar because it was the first thing I really noticed when I walked in. It was mildly busy that day. There were so many smiling faces, and the staff immediately assisted me when I stated it was my first time in.I ordered the vegan platter (yes, of course, I want the sausage with it) and a lavender vanilla latte with oat milk.Later, before leaving, I went to the bakery, which is located right inside and to the left and got the donut (vanilla birthday cake) and muffin (chocolate chip). The vegan and gluten-free were on the top shelf and clearly labeled in the case #winBack to the meal... I ordered and paid at the bar and was told to wait for the text that I would receive when my order was ready. I was directed to the back of the store for the food and the bakery for the coffee, but the bartender grabbed and delivered the items directly to me (so many thanks!)The food automatically came in to go containers. I appreciated that because it made it easier for me to go from the bar to a table to work (no laptops were allowed at the bar 10a-2p.I completely enjoyed everything I ate! It was flavored and cooked to perfection ??To say I'll be going back there is an understatement! You'll have to try this place! There are plenty of vegan options, and the price was VERY good for brunch! Not a full 5 stars because I asked for iced water, and the staff at the bakery counter told me to get the water from the community container. It's awesome that they offer this, but there was no ice. Also, they had me pay on a device and left the device in front of me for most of my meal. It was awkward and made me feel like I was supposed to do something more.Parking: I parked in a paid stall on the side of the building which is a shopping center. Parking was easy at this time. I'm going back to the restaurant this week and will update this if needed for the day/time.“

“How the hell do I give this place more stars ⭐️x10 !! Tonight I walked in and was immediately greeted by every worker in sight. The ordering process was easy and the cashier was extremely helpful and answered all my questions happily, this was my first time visiting but won’t be my last. I ordered a chili double burger and a regular double cheeseburger with two orders of fries. Let me say nothing about these burgers were regular, these were the best burgers I’ve had in over 5 years, even after a 40 minute drive to my apartment the burgers still tasted fresh and succulent. I was so full off one burger and a half order off fries but I was determined to finish the rest so I would cry and dream about it all night if I didn’t. The food was so flavorful I had to keep alternating between my fries and the burgers. Definitely recommend, definitely will be back. Actually considering moving closer to be nearby. I don’t have any photos because the food is demolished….If you’re trying to decide on this and any other place choose this place and you’ll forget about the other!!!“

“Better than the one on Independence, this spot has a diner vibe. Very fresh ingredients, and friendly people. I will say that my 4 stars come from the place, and the people, but the food is only 3.5. Diner environment, very cool. Sundrop...cool. 4.5 stars Hot, friendly, and fresh, even if not amazing food...The dogs and the double burger are solid. I will be back because of the feel, and I will enjoy the food because it's hot and solid.“

“Very good, when you get the right servers. If you get the wrong server, expect a pretty unpleasant experience of miscommunication and inconsistency in your order. I absolutely love this place when they are firing on all cylinders. They need to desperately work on training and consistency in regards to assisting their non-Hispanic customers that can't communicate with some of the servers. When things go well, the food is 5 stars, when they don't it's a 2 star experience. Very cute/clean restaurant in an unassuming tiny strip mall.“

“Fantastic freshly made gluten free menu with many nice lunch options. We are in the courtyard and had a wonderful experience. My husband is gluten sensitive so his burger bun was perfect as well as the hand cut french fries. I had a side salad with pickled yellow beets. I had a delicious special of a bang bang fish po boy. It was just like a New Orleans special. The server mentioned that all their fry batter is gluten free. We will definitely be back. “turkey Rueben was good but not great, the kraut was only in the middle of the sandwich so when cut in half it was a little bit on each side but if you don't really like the kraut- this is perfect to get the flavor but not the actual kraut - the bread was great and the turkey was good! Def will be back.Parking: lots of parking available -easy to get in and out“

“I met a friend for Friday night dinner at 800 Degrees and happened into Bar One Lounge. It is located in Phillips plaza off facing Fairview Rd. There is plenty of free parking, but the shopping center also had complimentary valet. We were greeted warmly by a waiter when we entered. The inside is very cozy and intimate. There are not many tables and booths, so we had reservations on the patio. It was a chilly and windy evening, but they had heaters on the patio to keep you warm. We didn't have one directly at our table, but we sat in between two and were comfortable. The chairs are wicker or rattan and were very uncomfortable. They need chair cushions or something similar to soften them up. But the patios are well lit and create a beautiful ambiance for a date night, romantic dinner or girlfriends catch up. The cocktail, wine and beer menu is a book. Literally. They have cocktails and mocktails so there is something for any palette. I tried the PYT... cute MJ reference for my 80s babies and lovers. It was very fruit forward and the lemon and strawberry flavors were very pronounced. It wasn't for me, so I ordered a glass of wine. I wanted the Zinfandel blend, but the waiter generously brought me a second sample of another Zinfandel too. Both were delicious. The cocktails do not have prices listed on the menu which is odd since the wine and beer do. The PYT was $19 which I felt was average for a craft cocktail. It would be appreciated by patrons to know what the cost is or at least a price range prior to ordering especially since a portion of the menu has prices listed. On to the food... we had the Bbq Chicken pizza. It was tasty, but we both felt it could have been left in the oven a little while longer to get that crispier pizza crust. This theme continued with the Honeycomb Lasagna. It appeared piping hot and was very steamy when it was brought to the table. But as we removed the individual pieces of pasta that were filled with bechamel sauce, it was warm. This dish could have also used some more time in the oven to ensure it was heated throughout. We paired the Lasagna with the Crispy Brussel Sprouts which were delicious. We appreciated the large portions, attentive staff, and expansive menu, but I'd likely come back for the ambiance and drinks rather than the food. The other hidden gem is the Bar One Lounge which is just through a doorway. I knew it was there, but one of the bussers recommended we stop in. He said they "turn up" and he was surprisingly right. Check out that review too.“

“Quick and friendly service. Fill your own drinks. To go cups are offered at time of order. We have eaten here several times and we have never been disappointed. We are usually a little over full because the burgers are large. The big tasty is my go to menu item with tots. It is one the top burgers I have ever had. I really enjoy the tots here also. Tawnee usually gets the shroom burger without onions and always tries to finish it. The fries are very good also, but I’m partial to the tots. We will continue to eat here on a regular basis. They have daily specials on the chalkboard when you come in the door. Plenty of clean seating has been available for us when we have been here. The only slight negative is decor for seating could use an uplift, but it is still okay and it is comfortable enough.Parking: Tons of close parking is available“

“I love the Buffalo Chicken sandwich here, always seasoned to perfection and so juicy with a hint of spicy. Not overbearing or have you sweating from your meal. I added (pickles, bacon and permento cheese) to it. I can honestly say this been the best buffalo chicken sandwich IMO??? My fries were a bit salty and I’ll make sure to not have any?? The atmosphere is typical bar/grub spot, tucked in a nice little plaza area. If in the area check them out, nothing fancy shmancy? Good ol bar-ish grub, but a small town vibe to it!“

“I've been to the other location in fort mill before but I was out with my family one day and we stopped by the stonecrest location for lunch. Walked in for lunch for a party of four one afternoon and we were seated immediately in a booth which was awesome. The interior of the restaurant was nicely decorated and has plenty of TVs to catch the games on that day. We did not order any cocktails because of dry January but I would like to come back another time to try them. We all ordered entrees and they arrived very quickly because the service was amazing! I ordered the buffalo chicken salad which was the perfect balance of healthy and not. The others had the French onion soup, black and blue burger, and the classic burger. All were fresh ingredients and tasty!“

“Queen City Craft and Gourmet has been a staple lunch location for our family since they opened. The menu rotates through the seasons, the beer choices are amazing and also rotate, and the staff is always polite and helpful.Today I ordered my usual, greek salad, this time with grilled chicken. When it is in season, the trout is an amazingly prepared protein to top a delicious salad here. However, the chicken does the job when there is no trout on the menu - it's grilled just fine. The greens here are always fresh, the olives are full of flavor and perfectly salty, and the tomatoes are sliced big and juicy. The highlight of the salad are the huge triangles of feta, which make for a delicious treat of flavor mixed into the salad. I don't care for peppers, but my wife loves them so she always happily picks them out of my salad for me.I also ordered a side dish of Salt & Pepper Brussels. Oh my goodness they always come out roasted to perfection. Just enough oil, just enough seasoning, and cooked to bring out just amazing flavors. This little side dish is my favorite thing on the menu. The staff, including the owner, was wonderful as always. Friendly as can be, greeting customers as they enter and making sure to thank us as we were leaving. This is a place that genuinely appreciates all customers and definitely makes that obvious. You will feel extremely welcome coming to Queen City Craft and Gourmet for a meal or a drink. The friendliness of the atmosphere cannot be beat here, but I did take a star away from this category just because the design of the interior space is just okay.Overall, we highly recommend Queen City Craft and Gourmet to anyone looking for an incredible meal with amazing drink choices and the friendliest of staff. You will come away appreciating your food while feeling appreciated for being a patron.Parking: It's a very big shopping center with plenty of parking. No issues.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, but really the adult menu has many appetizers and side dishes to make any kid happy. Today our kid ordered 2 sides of shrimp as their meal and they were quite satisfied.“

“I love this neighborhood pub. Friendly service, great wings, amazing prices and a warm & friendly environment. We come here often. Standard pub fare - wings, burgers, flatbreads, appetizers, etc. we love the wings. The tater tots and onion rings and fries are all crispy and delicious. A great spot to watch sports. Don't come if Alabama is playing football. They were slammed busy today at 5pm due to basketball and the service didn't suffer for it. The place was full plus a birthday party and UNC game followed by a NC State game and staff rocked it. Bravo!“

A Taste of Venezuelan Sunshine at Chamos GrillTucked away in the heart of Charlotte, a little food truck called Chamos Grill is serving up a vibrant taste of Venezuela that's sure to warm your soul (and your tummy!). This family-owned gem bursts with authentic flavors, friendly faces, and the kind of warmth that makes you feel instantly welcome. From the moment you step up to the window, the aroma of sizzling arepas and savory fillings hits you like a hug. We dove headfirst into the classics - the Reina Pepiada, a succulent shredded chicken salad nestled in a perfectly griddled arepa, and the Pabellón Criollo, a hearty mix of shredded beef, black beans, and fried sweet plantains. Each bite was an explosion of textures and flavors, with the fluffy cornbread of the arepa absorbing the rich stewed fillings perfectly. The portions are generous, and the prices are beyond reasonable - enough to satisfy your hunger and leave you wanting more. What truly sets Chamos Grill apart is the passion and genuine warmth of the family behind it. You can feel their love for their heritage poured into every plate. “I went there with my husband before a checkers game. I play pool competitively and wanted to see what this establishment had to offer. Coin operated 7ft tables. I believe it was $1.50 per game. Met some regulars that were friendly. Tables looked decent. I ordered a Cobb salad. Wasn't what I thought it would be. It was ground chicken instead of a filet of chicken. It still was good just different from the norm. Service was good as it was roughly 430pm. I would like to see it when it's busy to have a more accurate review. I would still go back when I'm on that side of town.“

“Wayback has always been a great place to visit in Mint Hill for food. While there are many great options in town, very little beats a burger and fries from here. Pricing is around $15 for a burger, side, and drink. Service is relatively quick, and everyone is helpful and welcoming (Shoutout Lisa). The interior is small, which does make seating difficult during busy hours, but that’s only when the weather doesn’t permit sitting outside on the patio.Vegetarian options: The menu does have non-meat options for those who want them. They offer the gardenburger, which is plant based burger prepared in the fryer. They also offer Impossible burgers, which are plant based and grilled like a normal burger. They also have Caesar salad, for those who want that.“

“I hope we run to the reviews for good reports as fast as we do when we are upset or critical. I was at this Mcdonald's today and a customer made a request at the window that their french fries be fresh, and I overheard the manager Kee Kee reinforce the staff "when a customer ask for fresh stuff, we give them fresh stuff. We have to honor the customers." She worked fast while speaking to her team firmly but with honor. I appreciated seeing that today. No, I don't know anyone that works there personally and I am in no way affiliated with McDonald's. Only a genuine customer.“
