If that is indeed the case, perhaps it should be made clearer that you operate at a certain time.“

“Love this place. Great atmosphere, menu, drinks and most of all great staff. I stopped in last week to pick up gift cards for the holiday and they were having an issue with the system. The manger explained the situation and offered alternatives. I chose to come back this week to purchase the cards and the manager remembered me and thanked me for returning as did the bartender. If you’ve never been, give it a try. I can almost guarantee you’ll return too.“

“Five guys became an annual birthday tradition for my son and I. As a teenager, my son decided that he wanted to eat at Five Guys for his birthday, and ever since then, we go to Five Guys yearly on and shortly after his birthday. My son orders the exact same burger and size french fries each year. Despite our personal feelings, my son enjoys a burger and fries from Five Guys. During this visit, he was given a free drink (no, staff was not aware it was his birthday). My son said, “the burger was well seasoned and cooked well. The burger was served without any distractions from toppings. Cheese was the topping. He was not asked if he wanted any toppings. I think he liked it better without the toppings, and in the end, that turned out to be best. The fries were well seasoned (I had a few). Overall, another successful birthday burger meal at Five Guys. I am a very thankful mom.“

“I've ordered from this location several times over the years. A few times I thought the burgers were too salty, or the portion wasn't worth the price, but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was never an issue. About a week ago I noticed the Korean chicken sandwich wasn't available. I checked online one morning and noticed it was in stock, so I placed an online order. Turns out they were still out of stock when I came to pick up my order (order placed before they opened). That day Eli was working the grill and was very helpful. Keith came over to apologize and fix the situation. I'm no one special, but that's not how Keith made me feel. Today I ordered the sandwich again and McKenzie was working the register. I saw how friendly and professional she was, which I believe to be a direct reflection of Keith's professionalism. I managed bars and restaurants for nearly 30yrs, so it's refreshing to see customer service still being given at the level I was trained to give. Keith is a great example of positive leadership, and I'm sure Eli, McKenzie and the rest of the staff are better because of Keith.“

“This is our go-to place for good fast food and frozen custard. Servers are warm, polite, very friendly (shout out to Mariana). Food is great with ample servings - burgers, sandwiches, shrimp dinner and salads - it's good variety for a fast food place. Frozen custard especially the flavor of the day is always a real treat. We look forward to every visit in this location!“

“This is a great local place, family owned, where you can get a really good burger with all the fixin's or a chili dog. The food is delicious and really great quality. Short order cook makes them perfect here! Staff is friendly as you'd expect in this small town. Prices are very reasonable. “The reason I gave this score is because of Carmen, the manager. The experience started very negative by not having a server greet us. Carmen stepped in and exemplified what service should be. She made sure our order was taken, my little got a great meal and stayed on top of the experience the entire time! I'm really hoping that this review reaches whoever manages Miss f a y...... she was extremely sweet to me and help me with what I needed. I've actually got excellent service from her before.
