“Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Monroe. Food is delicious and no matter what I order they never disappoint ! Highly recommend Chuyitas for those who are looking for some authentic Mexican food! They have me hooked !“

“Celiac? Gluten sensitivity? This is your place. Living with Celiac or having a gluten intolerance is frustrating by itself. It becomes much more frustrating when you go to a restaurant and you tell the server your issue, and they look at you like you're an alien from another planet… or worse… get frustrated with you. I've lost count of how many places I've had to walk out of because I knew just from speaking to them that it wasn't safe for me to eat there. That doesn't happen here. Not only do they have plenty of gluten-free options (which are well labeled on the menu)... But the staff also seem to be well trained on how to handle the questions that we may have. I had a server specifically ask me one time after I ordered a gluten-free bun if I was Celiac…that has never happened before…anywhere. (I've been here enough now that they pretty much all know without me having to even say it anymore, but that's beside the point.) The staff and owners have always been extremely friendly whenever we are there. The atmosphere is great, the food is great, and it's just an overall great experience for us every time we go. It means a tremendous amount to be able to sit down at a table and not really worry about how I'm going to feel 30 minutes after I leave because someone in the kitchen or the server themselves doesn't understand how to handle my food after I tell them my issue. It SHOULD be this easy everywhere, but those of us that deal with it everyday know that it's not. If you're looking for a place that serves great food, with staff that understands what it means to be careful with cross-contamination and what you're served, this is your place. Communicate with them clearly, and you will not be disappointed.🤘“

“Oh my gosh if I could give this place 1 million stars I would! My son wanted his 8th birthday here badly. I called and spoke with Julie and she answered all my questions & was super helpful with suggestions. The day of the party Hilary made our desert platter with the funfetti cake bites and candy and it was SO delicious. I can’t rave enough about the cake bites, honestly everyone of my guests loved them! We had the tots fries, chicken tenders and ravioli (fried) and it was all so amazing and surprisingly fed a lot of people for what I ordered. They didn’t try to upsell me but guided me on what would reasonably work for how many people. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful too! It was a blast for the kids AND adults!! Not gonna lie I kinda want my bday party here next year lol. Thanks again Fox’s- y’all were amazing ! Highly recommend!!“

“This is a great local place, family owned, where you can get a really good burger with all the fixin's or a chili dog. The food is delicious and really great quality. Short order cook makes them perfect here! Staff is friendly as you'd expect in this small town. Prices are very reasonable. There are about a half dozen or more tables you can sit at and enjoy your lunch, or just order to go!

“I swear this is the most consistently great burger place ever. And they’re always emailing me deals if you sign up for their rewards club. I literally drive 40 minutes to Monroe because they close the one in Charlotte. But it’s so worth it. And now I’m falling in love with not just their burgers but also their chicken bites. So yummy.“

“I absolutely love going to dairy Queen and getting their chocolate ice cream hot fudge sundae with extra whipped cream. I always request that they don't give me a lid because that's just extra waste for me and I would rather save it for someone who would need it as opposed to me who is literally going to take it off immediately and eat my ice cream. I remember a while back the ice cream machine chocolate side was broken and I was absolutely devastated because this is literally the only ice cream from dairy Queen that I like. I did settle for a vanilla ice cream sundae with hot fudge syrup which was nice but it did not hold a candle in comparison to the chocolate hot fudge sundae. Another item that I love from here is there onion rings I think hands down they are the best onion rings in Union County. I love to get their ranch dressing and dip my onion rings in it because the two are an absolute Duo. Definitely stopping the dairy Queen and grab your favorites when you get an opportunity to drive through is always fast so your weight won't be long 🥰 I haven't tried their burgers yet but that's going to be my next thing on their menu to try I have heard some really positive things about it. My kids get the chicken tenders strips from here and they absolutely love them. I suggest getting ranch dip with them as well.“
