8 cars sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes with no service. I go inside and there are FIVE people standing the back laughing. When they finally come out I tell them about the drive through and I get a story about how people called out and there’s no help. I made mention of the five of them in the back doing nothing. They were then very rude. Stay away from this place!!

I went to drive through. The app redeemed me the wrong code. Once I got to window I told the lady (I’m guessing she was the team leader) I told her I won’t use code I’ll just pay full price for my meal. She said “im cancelling your whole order go somewhere else!” There was another gentleman who was trying to make it work for me but she came and said that. Terrible customer service on her end! I did not get her name but she was an African American team leader or managers at 8:40 pm shift Sunday night

On today I visit this location an Jame the manager an he’s employees was very rude to me an my family we do have a video that I have were I was protecting my self to turn over to my attorney to show how I rudely treated by establishment,. When I go here this young lady always threaten me an curse me an her management team before that I have recorded on another occasion with her talking to me erratically around her manager to me and her manager asked her to leave the window and she refused to, and he told me that he would deal with her. All of that is taped and on today it was the same thing with the employee, but her manager was acting a radical along with her and his name was James. I only asked for my food to be fixed a certain way because of my son having food allergies an we have received cold food an if you pay for something you would like your food to be fixed correctly an fresh correct? ok Buts it’s not because this young lady have an issue with me my food isn’t fixed correctly an get it some isn’t there an my hash brown is just thrown in the bag ok. so now I see it an issue so I asked for my refund an he Fyl James the manager asked me to give him my card so he go to the back to give me my refund.. I said I am not giving you my card I will give you my receipt an he could have gave me my money with no problem but he said no. Ok when I went in yes I was recording for my protection an he was very unprofessional. The BBB an the Attorney General Office will be notified so this will be reviewed because he said it will come back to him he’s not worried.. The owner need to be notified an they will throw my legal team with a letter about issues.

There is always fights going on between the customers and employees, or the employees are just fighting each other. Most food isn't properly made. This McDonald's is just a little place to give little kids a work life experience.

I’m a DoorDash driver, I had two deliveries to pick up at different times. One around 10:45pm and another around 10:54pm (store was set to close at 11pm). Both times they did not answer to the car pulling in, the first time we caught them at the window (closing up the store) but was able to get the order, the second time no one was at the window but one person was hiding in the kitchen and I was unable to get this order.

Fries are a hit or miss. Sometimes they’re cooked to perfection, sometimes it feels like they’re rushed to pull them from the fryers and served “floppy” half cooked. Their frappe machine has been down since New Years in which I had to come back several days later in person to get a refund for after ordering through the mobile app because I was told it would be refunded to my card but it never was. Someone never canceled/completed the refund transaction on the storefront end. Other than this, the location is good.
