The entire staff was very attentive and took care of customers in a timely manner. The manager was the best, she has trained her team very well. I look forward to returning again when I come back to Charlotte.
This shop is located inside Optimus hall. There is plenty of parking all around the building. Just keep an eye out as some parking must be paid after 2 hours. We visited first in the morning The staff was friendly and ready to help. They offer a small, but classic selection of baked goods and nice variety of speciality drinks.
