This place had the single worst cup of coffee I've ever purchased. I went back to see if the iced was better than the drip coffee, and I ended up tossing the iced coffee, which says a lot.HOWEVER!! The staff were really polite, answered all my questions and were super knowledgeable. They were polite, friendly, and very kind. The atmosphere was fairly awesome. The place looks and SMELLS amazing. But the coffee was extremely lacking, even though the prices were beyond reasonable and the staff were great. A friend compared the taste to Maxwell House, but having never had Maxwell House, I cannot confirm. I can just confirm they tried my cup of drip coffee. They're also using eco-plastics (from recycled plant matter?) for the utensils and straws, which is awesome.But, for a coffee shop... the coffee was awful.Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy alternative milks! I specifically asked about oat milk, but I assume they have other options as well since they had oat milk.Kid-friendliness: Super kid-friendly, nearby seating, stroller accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Very low counters, that would be wheelchair accessible for ordering.

The entire staff was very attentive and took care of customers in a timely manner. The manager was the best, she has trained her team very well. I look forward to returning again when I come back to Charlotte.

Nice espresso drinks - nice single origin caf and decaf beans. Smooth, medium, almost light-to-medium roasted.

This shop is located inside Optimus hall. There is plenty of parking all around the building. Just keep an eye out as some parking must be paid after 2 hours. We visited first in the morning The staff was friendly and ready to help. They offer a small, but classic selection of baked goods and nice variety of speciality drinks. For this visit I tried the Chai latte with vanilla flavoring and almond milk. Caution: the add-ons (milk type, flavoring, etc) add up quickly. I also tried a Blueberry muffin and it was delicious. It was a little expensive, but overall, I enjoyed it and would visit again.

I hesitantly tried their coffee (I'm diehard for Sbux frappes, and I dislike the taste of coffee), and it is SO GOODI like it as much as the frappes I get from sbux.The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure everyone's visit is pleasant.It's definitely my new go-to coffee shop. Ask for a mocha latte with caramel. You won't regret it

As a broker, it is a wonderful place to meet with my mentor and meet with clients! Great wifi, friendly staff that's like family, and I just love being there and plan on coming in soon!

They coffee it is really bad, for a lover of coffee or expresso, it is the worst coffee I’ve ever had, they don’t take any cash only card, and they took so long to make a simple expresso, bad experience.

Ordered an iced latte and got some kind of pre-made coffee concentrate mixed with milk. It tasted alright, but $7 is a lot to not get a fresh shot of espresso for a latte. It would be one thing if they were busy, but I was the only one in line.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Charlotte. Depending who is working on the bar, sometimes I have had killer shots! I love the varieties of tea as well, as Spirit does an amazing job at sourcing quality teas from around the world. Bagels and avocado toast are also amazing!When I was at undercurrent in optimist hall today, there was a huge line. I wasn't even going to attempt to order. Optimist in general was a bit crazy, so I could only imagine.This is still one of my favorite spots, but I will only come when it's chill.
