Sweet Lew's did not disappoint. While visiting my BFF, I decided this trip I wanted N.C Barbecue. After searching & comparing reviews we decided to try Sweet Lew's and it did not disappoint. We both had "The Sampler." I'm not a beef eater. Although, I found the brisket a tad bit dry, when drizzled with Sweet Lew's Brisket Sauce it made it enjoyable. Looking for something different and came across Lew's on the way somewhere else. Had the Sampler platter and if I had More room in my belly I would have eaten everything. Great service. Closest thing I been to a down home BBQ in 21 years in Charlotte. Will be taking all family members who visit. Them Ribs and Mac n Cheese tho..
I will never eat here again!..... This was my very first time eating here & the customer service was not so great. Mac & cheese was not so great(dry).The person handling the food/ was also handling garbage & did not have any gloves on. Customer Service is top priority & It was not reciprocated at this spot.
