Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has amazing customer service and employees who truly care. The staff, including Kole, Randy, Courtney, and others, are extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They go above and beyond, like when a team handled a mix-up with kindness and gave a free Christmas drink, or when a barista suggested something new to try that a customer now loves. The baristas work quickly with excellent teamwork and are super nice and respectful. The lavender matcha latte was delicious. The location offers plenty of seating, including umbrellas over picnic tables outside and comfy, cushioned chairs inside. The atmosphere is quiet and good for special children. Customers keep coming back because of the genuine interactions and the way the staff turns stressful moments into warm, memorable ones. This is a Starbucks location that works for people, with caring and sweet baristas who listen and brighten up the day.
