“Platform Coffee is such a great spot. The coffee was really good, and the customer service was honestly the best part. Ryan and Sarah both helped me and they were so friendly and welcoming, definitely made the whole visit better. My only complaint is that I wish they had more locations, I'd be there way more often if there was one closer to me. Highly recommend if you're in the area! 💥“

“This is a wonderful place with kind staff members and some of the best baked goods I’ve ever had! I had the cheese scone and the chocolate chip cookie, both were phenomenal. The cookie was warm, right out of the oven. One of the best spots in the Charlotte area!!“

“I know the Harry Potter donuts have been popular & last Wednesday I placed a Mobile order but when I went to pick it up , I was saddened to see they were not open & I approached door to ask. At first was made of issue with donut machine being down and they would refund my order. I explained the HP donuts were actually for my birthday 🎉 and if there was any way they could be made at any point that day . Steve said yes plan for noon would try and get donuts from another store. I came back at noon but still no donuts and Steve said he would call me when they were . At 1:30pm I got the call , & birthday saved !!! Thank you Steve & Matthews Krispy Kreme“
