My clients always compliment that the boxes are still warm, & Julius always makes sure I am taken care of. Today they gave me a free dozen for kindness day!! Definitely my go to! “A Normas shout out to Clarissa and Andrew! I shop at Dunkin’ Donuts every morning for my kids send them off to school the right way. I am without a car right now and I understand how that can be a bit of an inconvenience so early in the morning especially when nobody wants to show up for work. Yet again, Clarissa holding it down like nobody does these days and I couldn’t be happier to see it this morning was my first personal encounter with Andrew and the guy knocked it out of the park, I am thrilled. It’s a great way to start my day to meet a couple of hard-working individuals who just want to do best by themselves in the company it’s refreshing it’s like traveling to the past I exaggerates in no way shape or form that this has made my morning and probably the rest of my day that much better. “I’m honestly surprised this place wasn’t as packed as other places in charlotte because it’s a true gem! The donuts are unique and delicious. The brioche donuts aren’t overly sweet but they are just perfect. And the people were kind, patient and you could tell they took pride in the place and product, and they should it’s unique and delicious. 10/10 the best donuts in charlotte run don’t walk! The brown butter, the chocolate honeycomb, the raspberry glazed were all stellar. Can’t wait to try other flavors as well!“
“We're back to get the lemon donuts that are only served on Saturdays. Don't get me wrong, they have other specialty donuts too. Today a caramel apple donut and a banana muffin donut were specialties too, but I stuck to my favorite. The cashier was friendly, and the donuts and coffee were hot. What more could you ask for? If you're new to REIGNING donuts, it is a walk up to a building that has a literal hole in the wall where you order, pay by card only, and collect your made to order donuts. It is quaint and deservedly popular.“
“Yummy made to order deliciousness. They were pretty busy and short staffed like most places these days, but customer service was still on point. They had DoorDash orders coming in as well and lady behind the counter running the register (I assume manager) wanted to make sure the staff got caught up before she took my order so I would have fresh and hot donuts. I definitely appreciated that. I got the maple bacon, and they did not disappoint. So warm and flavorful.“
“Fantastic doughnuts--maybe the best in town, or at least neck and neck with Suarez. We are obsessed with the white chocolate chai, brown butter and salt, whipped lemon ricotta, cinnamon pear, and honey butter cinnamon-bun. Everything we have tried has been incredible though. I would say this is one of the few spots in CLT that could compete in a bigger, dining-competitive city and we are so lucky to have it here. Parking is rough, but they deliver, which makes it dangerously easy to over-indulge. We got a couple of boxes delivered in place of cake for a family member's birthday and they went over BIG.“

“I came with my three kids since two had a teacher work day. Trying to make memories.IKYK. Anyways, my kids were actually being manageable but my son decided to channel his inner babe Ruth. A perfectly executed throw of his milk bottle directly into my latte. As a mom I wanted to cry. I was overwhelmed and outnumbered. Not your moms donuts was so beyond kind and helped me clean the mess( I insisted on helping because my slugger was the reason for the now spilled coffee) then they went ahead and made me a new coffee. I’m so very thankful we ventured out to see them today. They are not only kind and so understanding to parents but also the donuts were sooo tasty. I HIGHLT RECOMMEND THEM!“
