“1st of all great location. Donuts look healthy dont appear to have bugs flying around. Staff greeted me upon entering the establishment. I noticed the menu is very simple and easy to read. I ordered the Brown Butter Pumpkin Latte. I accidently underpaid because my subscription renewed and I didnt realize it. The young lady swiftly pulled out her phone to finish the transaction. Just that gesture alone meant a lot to me. I politely declined her offer and asked her to cancel. I came back with a different card and the Latte was very well balanced.

“I’ve come to this location for years, and I drove over this morning excited to get a lemon-filled after the limited time return announcement. Unfortunately, they didn’t have them in yet, and they were out of my second choice too. The employee was so apologetic and kind (about something that was absolutely not his fault in any way)!! I ordered a different donut, and when I pulled around he told me it was on the house because they didn’t have the ones I initially wanted. He completely made my day, and he deserves a shout out!“

“Overall, Milkbread is great. We've had a few issues with orders in the past, but are end of the day, if a company promptly resolves an issue and it's not recurring, I'll be satisfied. Today, my wife picked up on online order. When she got home it was missing an order of chicken strips. We called and they immediately refunded us and were super apologetic. We love Kindred and Albertine. With a few minor improvements, Milkbread can be a neighborhood staple for years to come.“
