The employees were rude as could be and the service was awful. I went in for a free dozen that I had received for my birthday just to be ran around and told I was wrong and could only get a single free doughnut. So I was super disappointed in the service and employees.
Been here a few times that I can count one hand. Went there on a Sunday night to pick up my order. As soon as i walked into the lobby all the staff members just stared at me. No hello or how can I help you. It was hella weird interaction. When I eventually told them I was picking up. The lady staff member slowly walked over the counter and stared at the order.
