Double smash burger, onion rings, chicken tenders...everything hot and fresh. Saturday night after 11pm, the drive thru was slow moving. Customer service was cool. Overall good experience
This jack doesn’t deliver. They’re usually out of stuff, and what they do have kinda sucks. Bad breakfast, bad burgers, bad prices. All I wanted today was an eggroll and they were out. There are much better jacks in town (i gave the north tryon one 5 stars yesterday). Sorry jack, but for this one, i won’t be back.

I gave this place three stars, not because of the food. But because of a short woman with curly who was running the counter on 10/2/2023. I felt so sorry for her, and so did other customers. She would take a few orders and go drop food. The soda machine at the front was not working, so she had to make sodas. And on top of that, when she drop food and for customers at the front, the lady at the drive-thru window takes it. So she had to drop it again which makes us have to wait...read full review
