They seriously need to shut this location down completely, it’s dingy - short staffed always only 1-2 staff members, food quality sucks and not efficient service/long wait time. Very unorganized and one of the cashier’s does not have well english speaking skillsets which was extremely inconvenient for customers waiting and repeatedly messed up cash handling and or exchanging change with the previous customer, just horrible!

I ordered the Jumbo Jack Combo with no cheese. Instead I received a Jumbo Jack with Cheese. And to top it off they burnt the bread! This should NOT be ok to serve. Get better managers and cooks who care about quality and service.

Went here at about 12 am. Woman yelled through the speaker that they’re only taking mobile orders. Cool. I drive away and make an order on my phone. Come back a few minutes later and there are only 4 cars in the drive through and it took an hour just for me to get to the speaker. About 25 minutes for the same woman to ask me what the order name is and tell me to pull forward. The Lightskin guy with the locs looks very dumb and like he should not be working there. He does not look like he knows what he’s doing and I say to get another worker. Instead of getting sourdough bread on my sourdough jack, i got white bread with tons of mayo on it. Don’t come here. I should’ve listened to the reviews.

This jack doesn’t deliver. They’re usually out of stuff, and what they do have kinda sucks. Bad breakfast, bad burgers, bad prices. All I wanted today was an eggroll and they were out. There are much better jacks in town (i gave the north tryon one 5 stars yesterday). Sorry jack, but for this one, i won’t be back.

This Jack in the Box is struggling. DO NOT attempt to order food here.I live 2 miles away from this store and, unfortunately, I’ve chosen to order food there more than once. I try to give every restaurant a second chance for a fair shot. Every time I’ve gone here, there’s been an issue with food being wrong, being completely out of standard items (like common sodas or hamburger patties), and on top of that they seem like they’re closed or just about to close every time no matter what time of day it is. They’re “open 24 hours” but this is untrue. I was once told by an employee while sitting in the drive thru that the store was closed. So not 24 hours.Furthermore, 99% of the time you pull up to the drive thru you will wait 5+ minutes before any employee will take your order. Once you finally can, it’s another 5+ minute wait before anyone even comes to the drive thru window. More often than not, you’ll be told to drive around with no clear indication what you need to do next so you have to knock on the main door and ask someone for your food.The order is always at least a little wrong, but I’ve learned that when I order at this Jack in the Box, it’s always a last resort no-other-options-were-open situation. DO NOT come to this store unless you like getting cold, wrong food by people who don’t bother trying.
