This location has improved dramatically. Take the critical reviews about staff with a grain of salt. This location was primarily hoodlum staff and many customers were hood too. It's likely they resent the change. I recall being threatened in drive thru by a female manager, over a wrong order, a few years back...lol. I must say that this McDonalds to me is the best McDonalds that I’ve ever been to here in Charlotte. The food is always fresh, good and hot when I go. Whenever I am late taking my daughter to school, she knows that I have to treat her to breakfast at McDonalds. Each time we go, it is always an excellent experience.
