I Recently visited this restaurant and had a good experience. The food was hot and fresh, even though the fries were a little over cooked. The customer service was A1. Cashiers were polite and patient. They didn’t have a select few condiments (Lettuce, tomato) but the manager was very apologetic over the matter. The dining area was clean. I would suggest a more diverse music selection for the dining area for patrons.
Decent experience. The sweet tea on the counter wasn't sweet at all. Brought it tot the attention of the staff and she quickly got ua more tea from the back.Would come here again.

The place is consists of alarming ignorance. Employees tend to be contentious with each other and customers. Thats why the Dunkin Donuts next door is already ruined. The same rejects work there as well. Also, this is the same Bojangles that turned away and closed on early on attendants from a Bojangles Coliseum event several years ago and the owner had to reopen it. Nuff said.
