Great service. Staff was super quick.
Today I walked in here for coffee. A little time to think and relax. I've been depressed lately and not having good thoughts. I've been struggling since I got injured at work in Feb and had to recuperate for a month. I've been denied Workers Comp because my Supervisor never acted on it. I've been facing eviction since then every month and barely making it. This month I can't make the rent. I've cared for my 7 yr old grandson since he was a newborn. I recently visited this location’s drive-through during the Sunday lunch rush, and it was completely deserted. This is absurd considering Charlotte is the birthplace of Bojangles, and I’ve had similar experiences here more than once.

The manager is apologetic when items are unavailable, and the dining area is well-maintained, making for a pleasant dining experience. Customers have noted that the chicken is great with a good crisp and not soggy, while the biscuits are awesome and not doughy. This location is recognized as one of the best in Charlotte, making it a welcoming spot for everyone.
