WendoverZero Stars on Customer Service. Self service with a call out, like cattle for your food. Zero Stars for Atmosphere. ALL tables were dirty. Seats completely worn out. Food was fresh.

Won't do it again!. I waited for 25 minutes just for me to have to remind them of my order. Then 10 more minutes after that for the manager to tell me she just started cleaning the espresso machine and it takes 18 minutes (which means she started the cleaning AFTER realizing my order was never given to me. When I asked for a refund for my drink that I obviously wasn't getting she stated "I have no control over mobile orders, you have entirely to call corporate or take return receipt for another day".They put 3 meals in a medium bag on top of eachother and when I asked for a more sturdy bag I was denied and told those bags were only for delivery mobile orders, not my mobile order. So she handed me a flimsy drink bag.I asked to cancel my order, and she told me to call corporate.The man making the drinks cleaned his hands by wiping them on his pants. And there was young lady that kept sweeping my feet. And of course the ice cream machine wasn't working.I felt unwelcomed, unappreciated and disregarded.I gave the entire order back to the staff and I will be notifying my back to dispute the charges. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible staff members. I ordered an ice cream cone and PAID for it then when i got to the second window to receive it they said their ice cream machine was broken. I nicely told a young lady that I paid for it already so what should i do? Is there something else dessert wise? And she gave me an extreme attitude asking “WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT??” with such ignorance. And then offered me a medium fry when i already got fries in my order. Seems like a small thing but the entire atmosphere and attitude was upsetting and so unprofessional how she was looking at me and getting loud/snobby with me. No communication between staff members before making me pay they should’ve told me. I would never go this location it’s genuinely sad.

This location has improved dramatically. Take the critical reviews about staff with a grain of salt. This location was primarily hoodlum staff and many customers were hood too. It's likely they resent the change. I recall being threatened in drive thru by a female manager, over a wrong order, a few years back...lol. During that time, you never knew what your experience would be. It was just "hood". Definitely, not a McDonald's you could enjoy as you would anywhere else. I abandoned this McDonald's some time back, for the one on Monroe Rd. However, I was told by several people it wasn't hood anymore and the service improved. Well, after a couple test visits during the day and night. The information I received was correct. It is now back on the list as a "go to" McDonald's.

I must say that this McDonalds to me is the best McDonalds that I’ve ever been to here in Charlotte. The food is always fresh, good and hot when I go. Whenever I am late taking my daughter to school, she knows that I have to treat her to breakfast at McDonalds. Each time we go, it is always an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and polite. The food is prepared fresh and there’s nothing like getting a hot breakfast in the morning to start your day. Thank you Wendover McDonalds for your excellent customer service

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD I HAD A FULL MEXICAN STAFF WORK THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND TELL ME THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH. Pays for food pull to the next window and these mf say you did not pay. I thought they were joking until she got another co worker to repeat what she said. I immediately raised my broke arm wth are yall talking about???? Then wanted a receipt gave them the receipt and the change back and told them to give me a refund. Now nobody speaka englisha. Why am i being punished lord i just wanted food for my son. I get out of the car for waiting 15 mins on a refund. I go inside it’s a whole different manager trying to help me who says she just came in and was going off what she told her. Filed a corporate complaint I’m 100% sure nothing won’t happen. Let them tell it nobody speaks English anyway
