Donuts are great. Service not so much! Placed an order for 8am pick up...I was running a little behind so I showed up at 9:15am. Order was still not ready. Person putting together my order was so rude. I was informed they ran out of the minis and yet, there was a bunch in the case. She took one out of the display case and started banging the donut against the table and asked, "would you eat this?" I just thought it was very unprofessional of her. Minis are $15.99, granted she offered dozen glazed to replace those. I informed her that those are $14.99. And if they will be able to refund the difference that will be okay. She gave me a really rude stare and said, "no ma'am". At the end of the day, I'm greatful for everything but that's no way to treat people.

I hate to leave a bad review, but they need to know that they are losing customers! There are NEVER hot donuts - even at 8 in the morning. And still - they are so slow.

So very disappointed, the Hot and Now light was on and the doughnuts were ice cold. They did not not even have any reason for the false advertising. The only reason why we stopped was because the hot and now light was on. These Krispy Kreme restaurants are so going down hill. What a disappointing experience. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Worst customer service ever. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order and no one came up to help us or even say we will be with you in just a minute. Even tried to wave them over and we were ignored.

On 12/06/23 on my last day of Charlotte NC I’ve stopped by Krispy Kreme to get a dozen original glazed donuts and they were absolutely delicious the donuts in Charlotte tasted better than the one I get in Wayne county and I will definitely be returning to this particular Krispy Kreme when I got back to Charlotte NC. The only thing I didn’t like about this Krispy Kreme is that one of the employees got real upset and threw her headset that they use at the drive thru’s and said im DONE!!!! and walked out but she did came back afterwards now if should would hit someone with that headset who fault that would be. But overall the best donuts in NC in my opinion??.

The employees were rude as could be and the service was awful. I went in for a free dozen that I had received for my birthday just to be ran around and told I was wrong and could only get a single free doughnut. So I was super disappointed in the service and employees.
