“Best iced coffee in birkdale! No shade to Starbucks- but I would choose sugar and ice anytime. I also love the little mini donut they add as a garnish on top. I will be back to try more flavors but I would highly recommend. The guy behind the desk was working really hard and quickly as well. It was a Sunday and I felt for him bc it fairly busy- he was by himself though and he did a great time getting all the orders and moving quickly! Can't wait to try a different coffee flavor next time.“

“i love this dunkin for coffees but the new cold foam lids for iced drink leak coffee every sip u take. i have had to wipe the lid 100 times and the coffee just keeps dripping out on me every time i take a sip. they need to be tighter or something because i have this problem everytime.“
“My son loves DD for their sprinkled donuts a cappuccino! Not a fan of the donuts as they tend to be dryer and not as fresh tasting to me; however, usually can't go wrong with the donut holes, and I'll take the cream-filled ones (mainly for the cream but it helps make donut moist when it's more on the dry side. I like the sausage, egg, & cheese on croissant, avocdo on toast is okay (but avocado needs more seasoning), and a few drinks like the pumpkin spice iced signature latte, cappuccino, and french vanilla hot coffee is good. I use app and go thru drive-thru for easy ordering and quick p/u. Went in once and there was maybe 4 other people inside and even with mobile p/u it was a little slower than usual. Inside is clean and very small. Sometimes the drinks can be inconsistent when it comes to taste. I guess that depends on who is making it, so consistency is needed in this area. This location can get busy real quick at certain times of the day! I'm assuming drive-throu line goes through DD parking lot; however, a lot of people turn in through Walgreens location, so with cars in both directions it can get confusing as to who is next in line. There should be signage directing people on which entrance to enter specificall for drive-thru or something to say whichway the line should go!Parking: Back row of parking can get tight if drive-thru line is long.“
“I love these donuts. They are the closest I can get to my fav from back home. It's awesome they fill them right in front of you. There's even a cute little area to sit & eat. The service is always great, except the first time I went in there, the lady had such an attitude & acted put out that I was placing an order.“

“The previous review about old donuts is completely wrong. I COME HERE EVERYDAY and even see them throw away donuts that don't get sold before closing at 8. They get fresh donuts daily. Being a daily customer, the customer service is GREAT. I stay beside another dunkin donuts and drive 15 minutes just to come here. I'm greeted promptly and given fast service. I wouldn't come here daily if it weren't good“
“I absolutely love The Bakery Shoppe and try to get by there a couple of times a month. The raspberry torte with an iced vanilla latte are my favorite treats! The cookies are delicious, and so is the tiramisu. And the doughnuts? Hands down, the best in Huntersville!“
