“Cute spot but not quick. Service was a little slow but very friendly. Hashbrowns were basically mush, maple bacon crossaint was okay - not a fan of the bacon, next time I'd get the regular crossaint. Everything else (donuts, bagels) tasted as expected. Building could use some renovations.“

“The ONLY reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because it looked like maybe the GM or someone important was there and between him and who I assumed was the manager, they were standing over the barista who was helping me and they were making her sooo nervous. I felt terrible for her. They were breathing literally down the back of her neck. Her name is Mya and she was absolutely amazing! I was very indecisive about my order and she was very knowledgeable and patient with me and helped me decide what to choose. Other than that the place is great. Somebody give Mya a raise, she deserves it, and maybe next time the manager or GM or whoever should back up and let the employees do their job!“

“NC Donut Star is simply the Best! A coworker turned me onto theDonut Star and I have to fight the urge to go there sometimes because I battle with my weight. The donuts are light and fluffy. They are so soft and delicious. I am going to the beach today and I am going to pick up an assortment so my mom can try them. I have raved about this place and she is curious as to see what they taste like. I am sure that she will be delighted as I am. The store is clean and it is a great environment. All of the donuts in the case look so inviting that it is hard to choose what little beauty you will pick out. I am impressed! I highly recommend checking them out. Krispy Kreme Who? yeah, I said that.“

“I don't know If it's me ordering my coffee wrong, but I've tried wording it different multiple times
I need sugar free sweetner, not sugar free flavor shots, so every time I get a drink it's always very bitter and not sweet at all. I can't seem to get it. Perhaps I should say stevia. But the service is always polite!! And it's very clean !“
