The ONLY reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because it looked like maybe the GM or someone important was there and between him and who I assumed was the manager, they were standing over the barista who was helping me and they were making her sooo nervous. I stop by every morning and every morning the staff is very friendly and nice. Erica is always so kind and smiling at all times. The whole staff is wonderful.
