I’m not sure why this location has so many issues, but clearly the owner of this branch needs to be there, I got major attitude from this lady and the other employees looked terrified to talk. And she denied my coupon for a free donut even tho the only reason I couldn’t use it is because I got more donuts? Seriously, and they have never done French crulers right. So instead of spending 2 bucks on a coffee for free donut, I got 1/2 dozen and paid full price for a coffee I didn’t want really. Pilot has fresher donuts, which is redick!!! So instead of 1.50 off, u get this review. That’s called customer service and de-escalation.

Have only visited a few times and every single time my order was awful. One visit I got two very stale donuts and on a separate visit, rock hard munchkins. I’ve only had a decent (not great) coffee there once, the other times my hot coffee was completely cold and all the other times the coffee didn’t taste right. I stopped going after the second purchased stale donuts. I couldn’t return the donuts right them because I had already hit interstate. This location either needs to shut down or new management.

Everyone there was extremely rude.. I kindly asked for extra French vanilla in my ice coffee and a big deal was made even when trying to pay for the extra shot of French vanilla. Even the manager was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional as well. Over all I had a terrible experience and would never go back.

I go here every weekend, ask for a latte with light ice and they explain to me that the drinks are measured.. which I get and is fine. But everytime i go, i get either my cup half full, or all the way full. like my cup is HALF full today it’s ridiculous. i’ve gone in the afternoon when there’s just one girl, and i got no explanation and my coffee WAS FULL GOD BLESS THAT GIRL. LIKE GIRL IM WORKING A 12 HOUR SHIFT FILL THE DAMN CUP UP

I went inside for a drink and donuts. A young lady named Gracie (I think) took my order. She was great!!! Friendly. Informative. There were 4 employees working that I noticed. As I am waiting, what I'm assuming to be a manager or shift lead at that time turned and addressed a couple of employees. One was the young lady who helped me with my order. She was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Her demeanor, her tone, and lack of consideration were cringe worthy! Not the time for any such conversation. I've done retail management for many years. The managers lack of understanding just how great the young employee was, spoke volumes to me. Sadly, I can see why the staff changes here a lot.
