Service is absolutely awful. I got 4 drinks, two had oat milk. I payed $2 extra for the alternative milk and didn't get it. When I asked for them to remake it they tried to tell me they made it with oat milk but I work at a coffee shop and know the difference between oat and whole milk. Once they finally remade it every staff member made me feel so uncomfortable and giving me dirty looks. Found out I got charged for a larger size than I wanted, and then, after further investigation and questioning, I found out that they up charged me for getting decaf. I was not told any of this nor was I given a receipt.. to add to it all, the Frappuccino tasted like water. The most expensive, and worst Frappuccino I have ever gotten. Getting a bad coffee is not the worst thing in the world, but I will not be wasting my money here again.
