“NC Donut Star is simply the Best! A coworker turned me onto theDonut Star and I have to fight the urge to go there sometimes because I battle with my weight. The donuts are light and fluffy. They are so soft and delicious. I am going to the beach today and I am going to pick up an assortment so my mom can try them. I have raved about this place and she is curious as to see what they taste like. I am sure that she will be delighted as I am. The store is clean and it is a great environment. All of the donuts in the case look so inviting that it is hard to choose what little beauty you will pick out. I am impressed! I highly recommend checking them out. Krispy Kreme Who? yeah, I said that.“

“So I used to hate going to this dunkin' donuts. Since clutch the coffee shop went down I have now come back to dunkin' donuts. Everyone in dunkin' donuts never makes my drink right except for Nicole. I pre-order all my app for a large ice, macchiato with the extra shot. The drink is supposed to have 3 shots already but I like 4 shots total and they always make it wrong, by only putting one shot in total in the drink. I am paying the extra money for the extra shot to not get it makes me mad. Every time someone other than her makes my drink they only add one shot. Nicole has made it correct every time. I appreciate her she has a smile on her face and I tell her every time that she makes it so well and I really appreciate her time and her smile every morning. Nicole Skulman and I have built a great customer and business relationship and I think she is amazing that early in the morning.“

“Nasty attitudes. Went in to order coffee, the young woman was annoyed that my card didnt tap to pay. I tried to explain to her that if she would wait one second it would work. The other girl, I believe her name was Morgan, she was on her phone the entire time, taking pictures of customers cars. Why she was doing that is beyond me. They both had extremely nasty attitudes. I will never bring my business here again“

“We requested “No ice” in our sweet tea, as we had a take out order and did not want our drink to be watery when we got home. We did not know there was a dollar charge for no ice. Not complaining about the cost, but wish we were told the charge was added to the bill. We did not notice until after we paid. Please consider telling customers if additional unexpected charges are added to their bill. We have never paid extra for no ice, and understand if we have to be served less drink.“

“I live in North Carolina Charlotte I go to eat there because of the atmosphere the people there are very nice it's relaxing and the food tastes great I can't drive but when someone wants to know where to eat I tell them milk bread and we go out there and it is not disappointing they give you the best of them and you leave their smiling full and take out. “Cute spot but not quick. Service was a little slow but very friendly. Hashbrowns were basically mush, maple bacon crossaint was okay - not a fan of the bacon, next time I'd get the regular crossaint. Everything else (donuts, bagels) tasted as expected. Building could use some renovations.“
