“Wow, I am blown away by this place! The donuts are literally the best donuts in town. I’ve always grabbed donuts from bigger brand names, and these donuts from donut life are 1000 times better. There were two workers when I went, and they both were so nice and caring, even while it was busy. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend donut life.“

“Stopped in here a few days ago I witnessed a guy giving the customer the wrong items ( the was adding the wrong items in her box the manager or team leader was on it very quickly to correct before it went out the window shes on top of things give her a raise .But the donuts were not fresh at all it appears they don't make them on-site they are made somewhere else then brought to the stores not like Krispy Cream or Jaco (Philippines only) but overall the staff was nice the store was clean and greeted with smiles.“

“I shared with one of the workers something that took place previously, and they assured me that it was wrong. Well I have to tell you, I am very happy with this place after visiting today. I tried a Boston creme, and the last time I tried one in a dunkin' Donuts was in Four Oaks, and it was very bad. Or maybe South Carolina. Wasn't good, trust me, but this exceeded my expectations. Now I know where to go for Boston Creme donuts. I have been a very frequent visitor. You won't be disappointed. I get an egg, cheese and bacon, plain bagel sandwich, and it's good.“

“Stopped by for the first time one day to pick up some donuts to take to my daughter who was in the hospital at Baptist in Winston Salem. Since it was my first time there I had the server just pick out an assorted dozen. I also got a cup of coffee for the drive, which was quite good. The donuts were evidently quite good as well. The place was very clean and neat and the employees were polite and helpful. Hopefully this place will be in business for long time.“

“I loveeee this place! I recently became a dunking fan instead of Starbucks! They are much more inexpensive the cups are bigger the drinks are delicious their breakfast is better and ten times cheaper!! All around it’s great.. I don’t like that my donuts are never hot when they come out and that u have to wait a long time in the line… I know that around the time people are going to work and stuff that it’s probably just over load of orders but I think they need some more employees I would love to stop all the time on my way to work but last time I barely made it to work in time because I was in line for ten minutes… I think this is mainly a staffing issue is what I assume. So hopefully they will hire some more help! Other than that I love dunkin! I think that I’ll probably try to start mobile ordering and see if I can get in faster because the line I’m sitting in right now is taking a very very long time….but I’ll keep coming just can’t come as much as I would like because I can’t wait 10-20mins.. I’ve had to leave and just go to Starbucks across the street a few times now…. Also, if you download the app for the first 14days u have the app you get a free medium drink with any purchase every day for those first 14days and that’s awesome!“
