Most of the time I would get a mean face, or the wrong order on my coffee. But he made sure I got what I wanted with a big smile on his face!! Great costumer service! “I have been to kk on Franklin twice this year. First time we waited for thirty minutes, only three cars in front of us. Everyone was being ignored at drive thru. Once we started moving and made it to the speaker to order we were informed there were no glazed donuts. Tonight I went back one car in front of me , took like maybe 10 minutes to be told there were no glazed, asked for chocolate none of those either . Very confusing for a donut place not to have donuts and it’s 7 pm. Not closing time. Why?“

“This is my go to dunkin in gastonia. (Just moved here from charlotte). I have yet to get a drink that isn't made properly and the people that work there are super sweet. My go to order is usually the Iced Pumpkin Signature Latte. But I just tried the Iced Holiday Signature Cookie Latte and it is delicious! Omg SOOO good!“
