“I have been to kk on Franklin twice this year. First time we waited for thirty minutes, only three cars in front of us. Everyone was being ignored at drive thru. Once we started moving and made it to the speaker to order we were informed there were no glazed donuts. Tonight I went back one car in front of me , took like maybe 10 minutes to be told there were no glazed, asked for chocolate none of those either . Very confusing for a donut place not to have donuts and it’s 7 pm. Not closing time. Why?“

“This is my go to dunkin in gastonia. (Just moved here from charlotte). I have yet to get a drink that isn't made properly and the people that work there are super sweet. My go to order is usually the Iced Pumpkin Signature Latte. But I just tried the Iced Holiday Signature Cookie Latte and it is delicious! Omg SOOO good!“

“This is my typical Dunkin. They do a great job with getting my order right, the only downside is that because they are so good they tend to run out of supplies. Well, today I wanted to try the Protein Latte and ordered it on the app, when I got there I was informed that they were out of the protein milk, which was upsetting, the lady handling the drive through offered to hold the order until the next time I came and have me a complimentary coffee of my choice as an apology.
I came in later that afternoon to see if the truck had arrived. Dominique, over of the workers, went out to the truck and specifically asked for the protein milk so that she could make the order for me. I'm so appreciative of the hard work and dedication these ladies have.“
