I have been to kk on Franklin twice this year. First time we waited for thirty minutes, only three cars in front of us. Everyone was being ignored at drive thru. Once we started moving and made it to the speaker to order we were informed there were no glazed donuts. Tonight I went back one car in front of me , took like maybe 10 minutes to be told there were no glazed, asked for chocolate none of those either . DON'T BOTHER with this location!! You will be frustrated and leave angry, quite possibly with no donuts. Their rating on here doesn't reflect the current situation. if you look at reviews on their website (not the general sight but THIS STORE'S Page you will see what's been going on for past few months. If upper management doesn't correct the problems soon this location will likely close due to the sharp decline in sales.
