My sister and I decided to stop and get us some donuts before heading home after an afternoon of shopping. Well we pull up to the drive-thru to order a dozen of glaze and guess what...they didn't have any so we opted for the new honey bun donut they didn't have those either ?so we went with the chocolate glazed. Well we had our 1st three one for my sister and two for me ? fast forward to the next day I zapped a donut for breakfast and with the 1st bite a freakin hair is what gets stuck to my bottom lip. ? Will not be going back to this location.

They are always out of specialty donuts and shrinkflation has impacted the size of the donuts. Regular ones are the size of their old mini donuts. The inside is closed often and when it is open, it's dirty.
Everytime we go there we have a bad experience. And how do you run out of donuts.

Hot & ready sign was on but they didn't give me hot donuts. The wait with just 3 people in front of me was 20 minutes. The girl at the counter was nice but 2 of the employees were outside at their car smoking weed in broad daylight ... I don't have a problem with people who do that on their own time but when you're at work or at the place where you work, in work attire, you should be more professional than that...
This was horrible this morning. Ordered the St Patrick’s Day assortment on Friday afternoon to be picked up on Sunday today at 8:00am. Got to the counter and was told they are out. They offered me the regular green glazed doughnuts and got home with them and they didn’t even offer to warm them up. I will drive to Duck Donuts in Charlotte from now on or hit the Dunkin in Mount Holly for Holiday Assortment Doughnuts so this doesn’t happen again. If you place an order for pickup two days prior they should be available unless someone screwed up and handed them out to someone else. No one apologized but the girl at the counter. The woman standing in line with me said she was there last night to get them and was told same thing and again she is there at 8:15 am and told same. If you don’t have them don’t offer them. Very disappointed. I won’t be back

Cancels an order from their own app after the driver gets to the store with only the explanation to call them. Then they refused to answer the call. That alone wins them the award for lousy service. Could have at least said why they canceled it out of the blue. Like we don’t have no more donuts to sell, despite being open for another two hours. They have contacted me before about a substitute item or had to change part of an order but to not give any reason and just cancel the entire order with multiple items….

The ladies working this morning truly helped me out. I placed an online order Monday and apparently someone cancelled it. It was larger since it's for work in celebration of women's day. I planned two days of getting donuts. When I came in at 6:30 am I was unaware of the cancellation. They rang up the order for me and were able to fill my large order within 10 mins. Truly appreciate them!
