“They were open at 5:30 a.m. on New Year's morning when I was out and about. They were one of the only places open so that was nice. The two young ladies working to drive through were absolutely polite, Nice, and courteous. The food was basically what you'd expect at a Duncan donuts. Sometimes at this time of the morning going through a drive-thru people can be kind of rude and such. And it was nice that the people working here were the absolute opposite. The two young ladies working with the drive-thru on New Year's morning around 5:30 a.m. should definitely be recognized for being valued employees“

“This location is one of my favorites. The staff is always friendly when we go in. This morning my son and I stopped in and while they were short on staff Latoya was really friendly, welcoming and greeted us immediately while she was helping someone else.“

“I know the Harry Potter donuts have been popular & last Wednesday I placed a Mobile order but when I went to pick it up , I was saddened to see they were not open & I approached door to ask. At first was made of issue with donut machine being down and they would refund my order. I explained the HP donuts were actually for my birthday 🎉 and if there was any way they could be made at any point that day . Steve said yes plan for noon would try and get donuts from another store. I came back at noon but still no donuts and Steve said he would call me when they were . At 1:30pm I got the call , & birthday saved !!! Thank you Steve & Matthews Krispy Kreme“

“I've stopped at this Krispy Kreme for years on my way to visit at Levine Children's Hospital to pick up donuts for the nursing staff. When my grandson was a patient at Levine's he loved getting donuts for the nurses on the floor where he was receiving treatment. The staff loved it and he really got a kick out of handing out donuts. Now when I visit the hospital I always try and bring donuts in memory of the great care he received there.

This Krispy Kreme has always been clean, with friendly staff, and fresh donuts.

Whether I’m stopping by in the morning for a quick coffee or treating myself to some ice cream in the evening, the staff is always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The coffee is always fresh, and the drinks are made just the way I like them. I also appreciate how clean the store is, even during busy hours. The Baskin side is a fun bonus — there’s a great variety of flavors, and everything tastes super fresh. It’s the perfect stop for a sweet treat or a pick-me-up during a long day. “This location is very good. Friendly service and they're pretty quick. I typically order On The Go on their app and my drink is always there when I arrive. It's walk-in only, but there's plenty of parking since it's in a plaza, yet away from the Harris Teeter.“
