Friendly and fast. Not perfect though because they have had issues with their espresso machine not working.
Clean store. Helpful friendly staff. My order was ready when I arrived.
My favorite Dunkin!! Monroe is the ONLY location in union county that answers their phone !! I always order they know when it’s me I go there so much :) thank you guys so much !!! Chick fila online system stressed me and my sister out cancelling my online order (for no reason) made my sister over 30minutes late to pick my coffee order up and whoever answered the phone was so nice to remake my coffee although it was not Dunkin’s fault my coffee was melting ! Thank you...read full review

Dunkin' is a friendly and clean location with a stocked selection of bagged coffees. The staff is always smiling and laughing together, providing great customer service and quickly fixing any mistakes. They offer delicious frozen drinks and are known for their excellent morning coffee. Despite occasional staff changes, the team is always willing to make things right if something goes wrong.
