Stopped in to get a quick coffee and couple donuts and that is exactly what I didn't get!! This place focuses only on the drive thru even with 6ppl standing inside waiting they don't know how to service customers at all. My guess is they need get a new leader or manager and them having the proper skill set to see these issues and are capable of taking the steps to fix it. I waited for 10 minutes and had to leave after watching 2ppl cycle through the molasses process..

today my girlfriend and i went to this dunkin. she did a mobile order and we both got the same drink, a medium iced coffee with 2 cream and 3 caramel, except she got one extra pump of french vanilla. when the man at the window gave her our drinks, hers was completely white with cream. she immediately walked back into the store where she informed the same male that she only wanted two cream. he responded that the way she ordered the drink was the way it was made, although our drinks were two completely different colors. my girlfriend didn’t ask him to remake the drink, just asked for some extra coffee to try and help it because she is a barista and understands how it can feel when someone comes in complaining about a drink. she was incredibly hurt with the tone she was spoken to with. the man walked over to another woman who told my girlfriend that she would need to use the kiosk and order more coffee. frustrated, my girlfriend walked outside in tears and poured out the drink before i could go inside and try to resolve it. i hope these employees can learn to speak to customers with kindness when they are the ones that are messing up the drink. she comes to this dunkin all the time and gets that same drink and has never been treated this way.

On 2/3 at 9am or so the person at the register was scratching his hair incessantly and the same hand he touched the register he used to grab the donuts and muffins!! He also sneezed near the same gloved hand. I left. No thanks. They need to have better training. They don’t realize the power they hold. They can make a person very sick using improper food handling techniques.

Love this place. I've actually made several good friends there and service is almost always good. I love the frozen drinks they make!!! I see others complaining about staff changes but it's with any business especially fast food. Some workers don't tend to stay too long and with training new ones comes slower times but I don't care. They've always been so good to me! And if ever something is wrong they always immediately make things right again!

I honestly would give a lower rating however my experience with one of the managers caused me to give it a little higher rating. There was a time I greatly enjoyed this Dunkin and never had issues. Now, every time I go there's an issue. Two visits back the manager was super kind to fix the issue ye that same visit I got a coffee that wasn't hot (it was on the warmer side of warm just not hot) and the toasted Almond flavor that used to be my favorite was horrible. So today I went in and asked for a medium coffee. The service wasn't great by far, I said I wanted a medium coffee and asked if a regular coffee comes with pumpkin. The lady told me yes. She told me the cost and I wasn't sure why it was that price however I was like I don't feel like bothering with this. When I received my coffee it looked like it had cream so I asked her about it and she assured me it was the pumpkin. That's not a big deal but what was a big deal is it was an iced coffee. I never said iced coffee. I didn't specify hot but if someone tells me they want a regular medium coffee I am not going to give them a cold medium coffee. I had a question the Dunkin app, she had no clue and she didn't even seem interested. My once favorite coffee place has become probably my least favorite. I hope over time they become the place I remember that was refreshing.

Frozen coffee is the best I always get the caramel one. The best time to go to get the freshest bagels and donuts is between 8-10am any time after that is a 50/50 shot of getting something not fresh or kinda stale.
