“I love nothing Bundt cakes. I go to multiple locations. I own the lunchbox, that gives you a special for every visit. All of the other locations the special is buy 3 get 1 free. The Concord location was the only one that you had to buy 4 get one free. I went about 3 weeks ago and was told that the special changed to buy 3 get 1 free. I was excited. I then visited 2 weeks later and was told that they did not honor the lunchbox anymore. I asked to speak to someone else. The first employee told me the manager told them to tell everyone that and if they got pushback to go ahead and honor the lunchbox. Shady customer service. When the second employee came out they said I could do the buy 3 get 1 free or the buy 4 get 1 free whichever one I wanted. The cakes are always delicious when I come to this store and it is close to my house. However I wish the manager valued loyalty and delivered better customer service.“

This was our first time ordering a custom cake and she was very patient with us and helped us through the process. We were celebrating my dad’s 75th birthday. We sent over some inspiration photos and told her some things about my dad and she put together the most beautiful work of art. This cake was made with love ya’ll. The staff and even other restaurant guests were commenting on it. My dad was so honored that she’d captured him so well in the cake. The details from the basketballs to the chalkboard were immaculate and thoughtful. This blew us away and exceeded all of our expectations.
