The first thing that grabs your attention is the fragrant aroma of sweet goodness wafting in thd air from 2 blocks away. It compels you to find where the wonderful smell is coming from, so we trekked until we found Krispy Kreme! At 7pm, they still had plenty of variety to select. The only downfall was their hot chocolate supply was not delivered, so it was unavailable for purchase.
The doughnuts from this Southend location are fresh and full of flavor! During my recent visit, I was greeted by an employee named Tareica Moore, and although this was a busy day at Krispy Kreme, she made sure to make eye contact with me and provided exceptional customer service. She was full of smiles and remained patient with me while I made my tough decisions on which doughnut flavors to order. Donuts were amazing! Customer Service wasn't the best. I was told the wrong information about the combos that are offered. Employees didn't really seem like they knew what they were talking about. The store was very clean. Didn't receive the order correctly either but doughnuts were good regardless.
