Folks here are nice dont get me wrong. Just... They can never get an order right. 3 different times in 1 week this place has let me down.1) they filled my tea with coffee and still put the tea bag in it.2) gave me whole milk instead of almond milk.3) gave me the wrong tea entirely.I like to sit down in my office and enjoy Dunkin so I don't look at it until I'm in my office. Turnaround was super quick with lots of customer traffic; great work by the team!*Always do black coffee and sausage, egg, cheese croissant... sometimes add a double chocolate donut.

This is a great Duncan location. Even though we were there in the late afternoon, the donuts were fresh and just as I remembered them from years gone by (a Massachusetts girl ).Seating is ample and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
