Celebrated my birthday yesterday with my husband. We haven’t been in years but it’s just as we remembered on point. Everything and everyone was exceptional. From the time we walked through the door we were greeted with professionalism and a smile! Our waitress Alaura set the bar of what a waitress does. She was bubbly and was helpful with making our choices for dinner. The manager on duty even came by to see how our food and experience was. Highly recommend Sullivan’s.
we had a wonderful waiter, Rahul. he treated us so good and the whole experience was great.
We had a lovely time at Sullivan's Steakhouse in Charlotte. We were seated promptly and our server came very quickly. We both decided to order cocktails and just relax with them before we ordered. Our server picked up on this and adjusted the pace perfectly. We ordered one fish entree and one steak (filet mignon), along with the sauteed mushrooms and a baked potato. Everything was perfect.
