We had an amazing experience there for our 25th anniversary! We started at the bar with great service there and continued to our table where there were rose petals on our table waiting for is❤️! The food and service was just perfect for us! Well done Sullivan's!

Have eaten there four times. First three it was excellent. So I took my work group to treat them. My steak was way overcooked, almost burnt. My crab Cake was okay but nothing special. The mushrooms were very good. The Brussels sprouts were okay but lacked flavor. Noticed several team members didn't finish their meals for whatever reason. The most telling thing was no one wanted to try dessert. Disappointed to say the least when our bill for 7 people was over $100 each and only three had one drink each.

We went to Sullivans to celebrate our 28th anniversary & they made it quite special. We were greeted with rose petals on the table & very efficient waitress. The service was 5-star & the food was amazing. They even gave us dessert on the house. We look forward to our next visit very soon!

The lobster and cradcake appetizer was amazing! I have never had one this good! My godmother, whose 86th birthday we were celebrating, enjoyed it so much, she ordered one to take home! The wedge salad was also very delicious and very well prepared. Our only complant was the sauteed spinach was "too well seasoned." Had I kknown I would have requested no salt or seasoning, which I am sure they would have done. The prices were great, each staff wished my godmother a happy birthday, but no complimentary cake was offered. That probably disappointed me more than her. I seem to recall that when my bother celebrated his 65th birthday there in December 2023, a slice of caake with a candle lit was brought to the table. At any rate, it was a good day!

Our experience started with our bartender. She was so knowledgeable and our drinks were delicous. Once we were seated our waitress Courtney was fabulous. From her introduction to the food suggestions Courtney by far is the best waitress we have ever had. This entire experience was unmatched and top notch. On top of the top notch service by Courtney, the managers and other wait staff stopped in to ensure we were having the best experience. NOW the food, IT WAS AMAZING! The oysters, salads, cheesecakes eggs rolls, the steaks, my personal favorite the Herb Brick Chicken was to die for. OMG, EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT! YOU JUST HAVE TO GO YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. GREAT JOB SULLIVANS!

The food was excellent but the service wasn't. The server forgot the drink order from my date and had to be reminded about 10 minutes after mine was served. My date ordered her steak medium and it came to the table rare, not medium rare, RARE. So now my food is getting cold while we wait for the food to be brought back. Like I said the food was excellent but this restaurant charges too much money for this kind of service.

2 1/2 hours is how slow they are! The waiter Daryl was more concerned with the table across from us. The food was only warm! The best part of the meal were the appetizers! For a $400.00 meal I expected better! We will never return!

Nice environment and good service The steak itself and sautéed mushroom is too salty. Strawberry Cheesecake is great

My first time here was on Wednesday, 02-07-24. I went to use a voucher for a free dessert for my birthday. I sat in the bar area. The other section of the restaurant seemed to be busy. There was a short wait, but a gentleman apologized and took my order. I was still allowed to order from the happy hour menu. I ordered the knockout, spicy shrimp egg rolls, the bananas foster bread pudding. I ordered the knockout since it was the only drink that had pineapple in it. The egg rolls was filling. Bread pudding isn't always my first choice for dessert, but I decided to try it because of all of the reviews. It was probably the best bread pudding I've had. The bar staff stayed busy, but the main bartender conversed with me in between drink orders. I may return for a special occasion to try an entrée next time.

My sisters and I visited Sullivans for the first time. The service and atmosphere were excellent. The crab cakes were not the best due to the excessive amount of peppers and being burnt on both sides. The crab fried rice was lukewarm and lacked flavor. I think it would benefit from an aioli or remoulade sauce and to be served hot! The tempura fried lobster tails and the desserts were excellent.Parking: FYI Valet parking is complimentary for Sullivans. The workers said they work for tips which is generally $10/ car or whatever you prefer.

Our dinner here was excellent. The food came out as desired and with little wait time. Our waitress Carmen was also great! She was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back.

I went to Sullivans steakhouse bar area on a Thursday around 5 pm. during Happy Hour. Very few people in the bar area. Ambiance was an elevated bar atmosphere. My visit featured live music, which was a pleasant surprise. My bartender/ server was Michael, who was absolutely divine. He was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu, so he suggested a few really great items. Leona, the manager, was very polite & attentive as well. The burger sliders were delish. Surprisingly, moist and the cracked black pepper was a very nice addition of flavor. The cheesesteak eggrolls were very good, but the sauce/ drizzle made it outstanding! The Sriracha Shrimp Lettuce cups were very flavorful; sweet with a touch of heat. The lettce definitely added a freshness that helped to balance the dish. This was very good! The Beef Wellington Bites were probably the absolute best thing I have ever eaten in my entire life! OMG!!!! I will come back for them. Every. Single. Time! The unassuming balls of pastry on a bed of sauce. The flavor explosion when I took my first bite... Did I already say OMG?!! The last thing I had was the Banana Bread Pudding. It was moist, warm & delicious. This was served with vanilla ice cream. It did not disappoint! I look forward to my next visit!

had lunch here today with 3 friends - we all ordered the sullivans signature burgers - had high expectations since this restaurant is positioned as a high end steakhouse- didn’t think we’d be wrong to think they could deliver a reasonably good burger - after asking the waiter about how degrees of doneness would be one of us ordered his burger medium rare - two of us medium ( in an attempt to avoid a too rare burger) and one of us ordered his well done - the well done burger was the only one that was cooked properly - all the other burgers were overcooked and probably worse all were cooked inconsistently - one part was rare other parts well done - so very strange - how does this happen in a high end restaurant? in addition all the burgers were hit with salt - why good quality meat needs added salt is beyond me but again the biggest issue is the first few bites had no discernible salt but the rest of the burger was oversalted … and all the burgers had the same sloppily and unevenly applied salt - seriously unacceptable- also here’s a bit of advice - when you have an open kitchen i’d advise the cook to not be eating and chewing while he’s cooking- it’s obvious to everyone in the restaurant to see - and who wants to see that? last two comments- the inability to deliver properly cooked and seasoned burgers was all the more disappointing since we were literally the only customers in the restaurant- one four top and the kitchen couldn’t execute to expectations- and finally the two hostesses were by and far the best part of the visit - friendly, professional and caring - they deserve a better place to work - needless to say i’d recommend any other steakhouse when you want a better meal

First time at Sullivan's, we did the business lunch which was perfect for our group. Taylor was our server and let me just say that is a phenomenal young lady. Her service was impeccable and she was a delight. She walked us through the menu providing great recommendations, like those heavenly Brussels sprouts!! Very knowledgeable young lady and a great conversationalist; when we are in town again we will definitely be back and ask for her!
