“Beef N Bottle is one of my favorite restaurants. Definitely in Charlotte and I have lived most of my life here.
The food and the service is always perfection.
Everything from the cheese and crackers to soup and salad and the steaks. Always the steaks.
On Sunday's they offer prime rib. Hands down the best prime rib ever.
Tonight we actually tried the apple pie with cinnamon ice cream. So freaking good (I don't like apple pie that much - had it too often as a kid).
Jerome was our waiter tonight and he was great. We will ask for him in the future.
The people who knock this restaurant, I truly do not understand. I feel like maybe they ordered incorrectly.
This place is best at the restaurant so you can get the entire ambiance.

“We had a group business dinner there and enjoyed it. The only hiccup was two of us ordered the same thing--I received one piece of fish on my plate and the other person got two. I had to ask them to make it right (brought me another piece of fish) versus them offering to do so, which was off putting for this caliber of restaurant. I've been here a few times and would still go back. Nice vibe and atmosphere with great service. Oyster Rockefeller wasn't the best I've had but good. Sole fish was delicious.“

“The food was delicious! The only thing that was just ok was the oysters. They were very bland and there was not an option to choose what type of oysters. Our entrees were delicious! Service was great! Our server was very attentive and on point with his recommendations. The only negative thing for me was the booth we were sat at. It was very tight and uncomfortable. There was barely any room. Next time I will make sure to request a table because I was extremely uncomfortable- and I'm a petite person , so I can't imagine for taller people. Overall it was a nice dinner.“

“We went to Dressler’s tonight for my husband’s Birthday. We had never been but wanted to try it since we loved their old Dogwood concept. Michelle was our waitress and truly made the evening so special. She was so knowledgeable around the menu and so attentive and fun. The food was exceptional. I had the waygu flank special and he had the 16oz ribeye. The shrimp appetizer was a great way to start and the apple crisp was a perfect ending to the meal. We were so excited to see the manager from the old Dogwood concept working there. She is so great too. Thank you for having such an amazing space that can make nights so memorable.“

“Kelly, our server was absolutely fantastic - The Best Server I have seen in any restaurant - 5 STAR Service - She did a wonderful job. However, the food quality was not up to par this evening. I had the Surf & Turf and the Lobster was overcooked. Another party had a Hamburger and was not satisfied with the quality & taste. The manager came over and took care of everything very professionally for which we very much appreciated his involvement. For that reason, we will come back to Firebirds in Stonecrest again.“

“Honestly huge fans of the gallery since 2017. The steam house is amazing— everything cooked perfectly and seasoned simply. Not covered in butter (though they have 4 different compounded butters you can add if it’s your pref). Beef Wellington is individually prepared and perfectly rare/med rare. Not soggy at all which is so hard to do. Perfectly thin not gummy mashed potatoes- hint of garlic not in your face. Fresh veggie sides. Mushrooms were amazing. Old fashioned amazing (best bourbon selection). Just all around best meal I have had in a while. Dessert to go ❤️

“My experience there was very decent The overall aspect of the service the expediting of the food and the attention to detail was great. The manager who was not normally at this location but was covering stopped through to make sure not only myself and my spouse but everybody had a reasonably good experience.“

“We were there on a Sunday, arriving at 1:15 with a reservation for 7. We waited approx 10 minutes before being seated. Our waiter was attentive but was clearly overworked with too many tables. Once we ordered it was 30 minutes or more before our food came. Two dishes that were supposed to come with a poached egg didn't have the egg. When this was reported someone from the kitchen came out and said they had run out of poached eggs. Rather than have the waiter ask if they preferred to order something else the kitchen staff made the decision to serve the dish with no egg and no mention of why it was missing. Not ok. All told we were at the restaurant for over 2 hours for a meal that should not have lasted more than 90 min max.“

“We had reservations for our 21st Anniversary tonight. Our server was above and beyond great, along with the food. We let them know ahead of time of our occasion and we were seated at a table for two alone (until they got packed ☺️) and an amazing dessert decorated to commemorate our day. The extra touches made our night. We will definitely be back.“

“Ordered the bone in New York strip. I asked for rare plus to make sure there was red/pink. The waiter insisted on medium minus but it really came out too done. Flavor was good. Sides were good. Overall good experience but one should insist on how they want their steak cooked. I know I could’ve sent it back, but did not have time.“

“Celebrated my birthday yesterday with my husband. We haven’t been in years but it’s just as we remembered on point. Everything and everyone was exceptional. From the time we walked through the door we were greeted with professionalism and a smile! Our waitress Alaura set the bar of what a waitress does. She was bubbly and was helpful with making our choices for dinner. The manager on duty even came by to see how our food and experience was. Highly recommend Sullivan’s.“

“I had to come back and edit my review because i was impressed. Initially, i had a not so great experience when i was trying to book ahead. When i got there we were met by a young lady that had a very nonchalant & nasty disposition like we were bothering her. Our seat time was 2:30 mind you we arrived an hour early to lock in that time and when it arrived she nastily told us an additional 30 wait. I asked for Patrick and explained everything. No only did he get us seated right way, he personally sat us and check back in with us when we were exiting. He did an excellent job managing up and appreciated the hospitality. There was a tall African American young man that took over for the hostess that was great greeting each customer and our server African American pregnant young lady was amazing. Overall, great experience! Oh and Patrick is FINE in all capital letters fine ;)“

“Great location by outlets , staff was great , great service and food , started with stuffed mushrooms, wanted a good hamburger and Longhorn came through, way better than Outback’s burger with a lot of flavor and cooked perfect , better quality meat, had the seafood soup as side, very good as well, bone in ribeye is one of my favs, hope to be back soon, only downside is no rewards program or discount like Outback and others , hope they add one soon, great atmosphere, 5 stars for best burger and bone in ribeye in the area !“

“My wife gave me two choices for an early dinner; PF Chang's or Firebirds. I chose Firebirds. We arrived right on time but ended up waiting at the hostess desk for an unusually long time because no hostess was there. We saw a waitress in the front of the restaurant, a couple of guys working the bar, and a waitress a couple of booths down in the dining room. They all noticed we were waiting but went about their business. A hostess finally arrived and seated us in the back of the dining room. Despite it being cold outside it was very comfortable inside. After sitting down the first thing we noticed was how dirty the table was. It looked like the dishes of the people there before us were picked up and the table hadn't even been wiped off. There were bread crumbs all over the table. When our waitress came we asked for the table to be cleaned, which she did. She wiped it with a wet cloth and then dried it too. After that te rest was good. We ordered drinks and our meal. We were offered bread which was hot and fresh. The drinks were great and the food was great as usual. No hostess and a dirty table were very uncharacteristic of Firebirds. Hopefully, they were just having an off day.“
