“I always try to eat here when I’m in the area. When you come here, ask to sit in Charles section. He is awesome. It doesn’t matter how busy he is, he seems to never forget about you. Keeps my tea always full and checks on you multiple times per visit. Charles is “Longhorn” to me. He should train everyone. Keep up the good work. I will be back soon !“

“We Had A Party Of 10. We Called Ahead For The Call Ahead Seating. Our Time Was For 4:50. We Arrived In Time. We Had A Few Running Behind About 15 Minutes. We Had Reese/Reece as our server tonight. She Was Very Understanding With The Delay. She Took An Appetizer Order & Brought Us Our Beverages. At That Point The Rest Of The Party Had Arrived. She Allotted Them Time To Read The Menu A Few Minutes, When She Returned, We Placed Our Orders. She Was Very Honest About The Beverage Questions My Brothers Had. “we got here at 3:30 and so many empty tables. we were told to stand on #1 they were just waiting on tables to get cleaned. 20 minutes later we are still WAITING! the 2 girls and 1 guy at the hostess stand never stopped talking to each other, never looked at us, never looked to see if we could be seated. Everyone walked all around us and never acknowledged us. soooo many people left and never once did they look at us. with restaurants hurting for business, you would think they would do better. And when we left they never asked why or co mentee. I will NEVER come back here again. bad management!!“

Longhorns is arguably my favorite restaurant. I wish they had their chips and sauce from the past still.
