“I came today as a reset day for myself and loved the customer service and the atmosphere. I did find hair in my food and it was corrected immediately. I had the sweetest waitress that did check on me every couple of minutes. Host at the door had the perfect smile and attitude and also the manger who did come and check on me multiple times after the hair was found. This was my 3rd time at this establishment and would definitely come back.“

Our server was Tatiana, she was professional yet warm and was knowledgeable without being over bearing, appreciated her input regarding our meal and beverage. “My experience there was very decent The overall aspect of the service the expediting of the food and the attention to detail was great. The manager who was not normally at this location but was covering stopped through to make sure not only myself and my spouse but everybody had a reasonably good experience.“

“We were there on a Sunday, arriving at 1:15 with a reservation for 7. We waited approx 10 minutes before being seated. Our waiter was attentive but was clearly overworked with too many tables. Once we ordered it was 30 minutes or more before our food came. Two dishes that were supposed to come with a poached egg didn't have the egg. When this was reported someone from the kitchen came out and said they had run out of poached eggs. Rather than have the waiter ask if they preferred to order something else the kitchen staff made the decision to serve the dish with no egg and no mention of why it was missing. Not ok. All told we were at the restaurant for over 2 hours for a meal that should not have lasted more than 90 min max.“

“My Husband received a gift card for his birthday for Texas Roadhouse. Not a place we frequent, but it’s nice to mix it up now and then, right? Because we had the gift card, I signed up for their rewards and received a free appetizer coupon. The day we went (today) I received a promotional email that if you purchase a digital GC for $30+, you’ll receive a $5 bonus GC for free. So, we went with $60 in gift cards and a free appetizer coupon. We visited around 3:15pm, it was quite busy, hostess was propping the door open and taking names and phone numbers to add to the waitlist. Took our name and phone number, stated we’d receive a text message when we were up to be seated, and told us about 10 minutes or so, no problem. The couple in front of us was also waiting outside (over 90 degrees today), they received their text message and went inside. We sat outside for about 10 more minutes, seeing multiple people walking in and not coming back out (we were the only 2 people sitting outside still waiting). We went inside to see if there was any room to at least sit in the A/C, there was. Two sets of two people came in and were told to follow one of the hostess to a seat. Wait, what? They weren’t on the waitlist, I hadn’t received a text message, and they’re being seated from walking in after we had been waiting for about 20 minutes at this point. My Husband goes up to the hostess (there was 1 behind the counter) and about 4/5 standing around up front as well and stated that we’ve been on the waitlist for almost 20 minutes and people are being sat before us. She said she could seat us now. No apology for the inconvenience, but actually the opposite. The hostess behind the counter turned her head and either looked, mouthed, rolled her eyes… something to the other hostess because she smirked at her after she turned her head (the one who took my name and phone number) and off we went. On our way to the table the hostess had the audacity to ask how we were doing, yes the one that took my name and phone number. Luckily, my Husband was in front of me and said we were good. No we absolutely were not. Had she asked me, I would have told her how we were. Not good. You could at least sincerely apologize and I would have understood that things happen. So, why the heck am I still recommending this place? Charly. Our server Charly was absolutely top tier and saved the butts of her co-workers incompetency. She was friendly, attentive, and a great server! I had more Diet Coke on the table as soon as I was about to finish my first one… that is when you know you have a GREAT server (one of many reasons). So, thankfully Charly turned our experience from absolutely never coming back to we’d ask to be in her section again if we returned. All in all, hostess’ need more training on how to apologize when they make a mistake (and to not turn your head annoyed with your customers when YOU messed up), while Charly needs a promotion and a raise.“

“I had to come back and edit my review because i was impressed. Initially, i had a not so great experience when i was trying to book ahead. When i got there we were met by a young lady that had a very nonchalant & nasty disposition like we were bothering her. Our seat time was 2:30 mind you we arrived an hour early to lock in that time and when it arrived she nastily told us an additional 30 wait. I asked for Patrick and explained everything. No only did he get us seated right way, he personally sat us and check back in with us when we were exiting. He did an excellent job managing up and appreciated the hospitality. There was a tall African American young man that took over for the hostess that was great greeting each customer and our server African American pregnant young lady was amazing. Overall, great experience! Oh and Patrick is FINE in all capital letters fine ;)“
