The food was cooked correctly and delicious. I order Ribeyes apprehensively...in this case Hugh cooked mine to a perfect Medium. Courtney the bartender provided excellent service and took great care of me while serving me a well made top shelf "Rita". This restaurant surprised me with the quality of food and the attitude of the staff. Having lived in the neighborhood for 3 years this is an excellent dining surprise to the usual suspects nearby.
We went to Outback on Valentine's Day. I thought it was going to be busy and I wasn't sure if it was going to be a good experience, but it was great. Ty, was our server and she was excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves. I will definitely request her every time I go. She was funny and attentive. The entire staff was delightful. I really appreciate the experience and it was a great night.

I love this outback location. It’s close and convenient to uptown Charlotte. It’s always clean and the chef is on fire. The food perfectly seasoned and tender. My fickle pallet has never been disappointed. The servings are generous and delicious. I’ve visited inside with friends at the bar and curbside, the food of always perfect. ?
