There biscuit was huge, but it was not cooked all the way through, so I returned it. They need to learn how to cook.
Overall, Milkbread is great. We've had a few issues with orders in the past, but are end of the day, if a company promptly resolves an issue and it's not recurring, I'll be satisfied. Today, my wife picked up on online order. When she got home it was missing an order of chicken strips. We called and they immediately refunded us and were super apologetic. We love Kindred and Albertine. With a few minor improvements, Milkbread can be a neighborhood staple for years to come.
The FOOD here is absolutely amazing. I placed an order online , plenty of free parking, and the associates behind the counter were fine! Pleasant! The food tho! If only I lived closer and not in SC! I hate that any of the negative reviews are just absolute lies, or haters. When food is amazing that’s the way to judge a restaurant, if it’s soso, the CS should be addressed, definitely not the review of the food.
