Dunkin as most know is not known for customer service. But I swear this location is horrible. I've been here 3 times in the last month and I keep saying n I'll give it another chance. NEVER AGAIN!. A long haired bearded Caucasian guy is always there and so incredibly rude. Then he gave out the order I was waiting for in the drive thru the last time and three lady helping me told him and told him how long I'd been waiting for a bagel and coffee (12mins mind you). I placed an order online and was given only two out of the three items I ordered. Even when I asked if I had all the items in my order the staff me never assured me I did and also said she had put napkins. Well no napkins and missing a donut. I had to turn around and the excuse was that they were out of the donut I had ordered. I was rushed to pick a different choice. She assumed what I wanted to order. When it's good, it's really good!!If I get a fresh tasting coffee it's delicious, Yum! If not, it's more similar to an ashtray.I've had their donuts here as well. They are pretty decent.
