Courteous cashier and warm food
Went through the drive thru and for some reason they took 2 cars on the left before taking one on the right. It sounded like there was one person taking orders for both windows and attempting to switch back and forth. Their mistake put me behind a family of 4 ordering at the speaker when I had a single item mobile order. I would like to see one of the two drive thru lanes dedicated to mobile orders. Oh my...where is the customer service these days. Waited 10+ minutes before seeing a worker. And then she was taking food outside. No one was available to take our order.. we were required to use the kiosk. Okay that in itself should be a volunteer use for all customers. NOT required. After 10 minutes of trying to figure out the order to not received a receipt!! Food came and wasn't complete..wow if I was crazy enough to go to the drive thru that portion of my order would...read full review
